Poor communication by Viator

Felt tour was misrepresented. Included tour but not tickets to get in. Had to contact the company doing the tour to purchase tickets separately. Email I received gave conflicting place to meet. I was so stressed by the time I got a hold of your company to find out where to go. Once we finally got in our tour guide was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. However thought tour included other parts of the grounds.
