Avoid this tour. These vouchers require you to double purchase tickets at the actual ticket booth a mile from the meeting point. Then the tour operator reimburses you in cash. And you discover that the actual ticket price is $30/pp. The guide’s accent was so thick most people couldn’t understand him. Complete waste of time and money.

The time we booked got overbooked so we were asked to reschedule and then placed with an earlier group and that the new tour would include extra access to make up for the inconvenience. The tour lasted maybe 15 minutes and we didn’t receive any additional area access. For the price point of the booking it was very disappointing.

Fun tour! We followed our guide at a great pace, as he provided interesting information. The owner of the tour was at the meet up location and he was a great man to chat with. You can tell he and the guide were happy to help and had great energy. Also, skipping the line saved time for us

We did this Fast Track Express tour of the Colosseum which was fantastic. Being short on time - the 1 hour duration was perfect for us. We worried about finding our meeting point but it was easy. Ali from Whats In Italy was great in confirming our tour the night before and was extremely friendly when we met at our meeting point. Our tour guide Sam was very informative and friendly. This was a small group (15 maybe). We would definitely recommend.

They are scammers that will try anything to ensure that they take your money. I was referred to them for a trip to the colesseum during my extended layover. I landed at 5 pm and immediately booked the last one at 530 that they said was still available. As I booked it my flight then got delayed on the terminal so I tried to message the tour guide to tell them if I was late and that if possible to still come. Still no response so I tried again at which it now started to rain by time I reach the hotel at 545pm all while still not receiving an answer. I then messaged them regarding a refund which they told me I cannot get one even though I was not able to do the tour. Instead of being understanding they said there’s nothing they can do. Absolutely terrible and an unprofessional way to handle customers.
