First time visit to Rome, definitely a must to tour the Collisseum. Our guide Andreea was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the subject. We only had our group of 4 on the tour, (because of no shows) but that gave us a much more personalized tour. Excellent tour to start off our journey of Italy.

Most knowledgeable tour guide. I learned a lot!!!! The tour guide was awesome, I can’t remember her name because I am reviewing late but she’s a California native! She interacted with my kids and took breaks if needed. She was on time and gave additional recommendations for after the tours end. Very nice!

Sarah was an excellent guide. Even the short walk to start contained great local knowledge. All aspects and areas of the tour had us gripped. Sarah was friendly and funny, she looked after all members of the tour with their different needs and took and excellent picture for us. Everything was well spaced out so we Could really take in what we were experiencing. We would definitely recommend this tour

They changed the time of our tour to a time we couldn’t make, I’ve been trying to reach them for 4 days and I get no response. If I have paid for a tour for a specific time, I would think that that is a guarantee of the time slot I need.

Downgraded our tour and changed the time without notifying us.

Our tour was downgraded so that we did not get to see the arena floor. Also, they changed the meeting time from 11 to 10:30 without updating the time on our ticket or even notifying us at all, so we almost missed the tour completely! The colosseum itself was amazing to see, but the stress of almost missing the tour was frustrating.

Disorganized tour guide and bad jokes

The sites are absolutely amazing, you should certainly do a tour, just not this one. Guide was very disorganized, we had to double back multiple times. She screwed up our tickets, and so we did not get the floor tour, just second level of the Coliseum. She also made jokes i found borderline offensive, making unwarranted assumptions about peoples sexuality and religion. It was so bad some people left in the middle of the tour, i wish i left with them. She was very knowledgeable in history, but not a good presenter. Pick a different one.

Guide arrived 10 minutes after the tour was supposed to start. Was confused about the length of the tour and what destination was included. He knew a lot of history but But mostly translated Latin into English. The guide was very disorganized and kept going the wrong way through the Palatine Hill. Shortly after we arrived in the Roman Forum.staff told our guide that we had to leave in 15 minutes. We never received a tour of this area he just said the tour was over and collected the radios. I have taken a lot of tours in my life a this you was definitely the worst one ever!

Colloseum tour for 1 hour and then Forum Romanum for 15 minutes. The guide had no time to show us the Palentine hill because he had another tour planned so we had to go there alone unfortunately. Nice guide, but the tour is not worth 50 euros. Total tour was 1,5 hour while the description said 2,5 hours.

Our tour guide was very knowledgable and it was clear that he had a passion for the history of this place. We learned a lot. The only disappointment was that our guide did not stay with us to show us around Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. He gave us a quick overview and left us to explore it on our own. It was still a wonderful experience, but it is always more interesting when you have someone knowledgable pointing things out along the way. We were also very fortunate to be one of the first few groups to enjoy touring the Colosseum since the lockdowns have been lifted. It was wide open and easier to get good pictures and walk through the entire place.

This tour is definitely a must see. Great tour around the Coloseum with free time afterwards. The Paltine Hill and Roman Forum was a very informative tour with excellent tour guide. Make time for this experience.
