Airbnb address provided was given to Tour for pickup a week before. Less than 24 hours until tour, operator said our address wasn't correct and marked us as no show. We were in process of traveling by 9hr flight and could not respond. They STOLE money from us and Viator let them. Stay away from all Welcome Italy Tours!!!!!!

if the customer does not leave the requested data and cannot be reached on the phone
the fault lies with her alone.
if she had called the call center she would have had an answer even if her flight delay was 9 hours. our customer service works 24 hours.

We took this tour in French our second language and our guide Claudio pointed out every single detail and anectod .He even showed us where to eat the best gelato ever at GIOLITI. Tour highly recommended
