Not a good experience...

I wrote almost 2 weeks before the trip to ask if we could have an extra passenger, a 2yr baby that could not stay home at the las minute. I was told that they would have a car seat for the baby. When the driver arrived, he said that the response written by the operator was not a confirmation, that the baby could not be included because the van was only for 8 passengers and the baby was the 9th passenger. The driver was very very rude to us. It was not a pleasehnt experience. One of us had to drive in a separate car.

I was contacted by the driver with directions on how to get to the meet up point, but I couldn't figure it out myself, must have made the wrong turn somewhere. I sent the driver pictures of where I am at and he was able to find me. The van was super clean and comfortable, driver offered us water for the ride. The driver was great getting thru the tight streets. We were dropped off at the wrong hotel but our hotel was actually around the corner. Would book this service again.

Not Happy Paid $82.00 for trip driver was 45 min late our friends used a taxi for same trip was $32.00

Very informative ride

The Drivers was very friendly and informative. He was a bit late, but other than that, we liked him a lot. It was almost like a tour as he taught us Rome's history

Unreliable Service company

Unreliable service. We got to FCO airport and our service wasn't there. The driver said someone cancelled it through text but the office confirmed it. We ended up waiting for 1.5 hrs by coordinating with the office (operator) and we just took the local taxi because they cannot provide alternative driver. Never book with this service again.
