Our tour guide was very friendly and a wealth of knowledgeable about the area. The tour included multiple stops along the way to take in the beauty of the Columbia River Gorge/ Mt Hood area . The included wine tasting was a nice addition and there were a lot of options to choose from.

Phil was a great guide. So knowledgeable and engaging. It seemed like he could answer any question anyone had. The waterfall was beautiful and made a good first stop. The hatchery was interesting. I wasn't sure about the stop at the Mt. Hood ski resort. There didn't seem to be much of a point to it but it was nice to be able to go up into the mountain. We enjoyed meeting Joe Fish and hearing about their community. Our favorite part was the wine tasting. The wine was excellent and it was a fun atmosphere where we got to hang out with the other people in our group and get to know them a bit.

A great all around tour! We had an amazing tour guide, Zach, that made the trip better. This tour takes you to beautiful waterfalls with just enough time to view them and take photos. If you want more time at Mt. Hood, I would forego the winery experience and opt for the Mt. Hood focused tour.

Firstly our tour guide Jay was exceptional throughout the day but especially when my mobile phone fell from my bag onto the car floor and we only realised this after the day trip had finished and we were back at our hotel. He found my phone and drove back to our hotel to return it personally, much to my great appreciation, I will be forever grateful. Now to the day trip. There were a lot of different stops along the way which kept the day interesting. Our guide gave us lots of information about each destination stop as well as funny and interesting information whilst in transit. We loved the wine tasting session, and the final destination to Mt Hood and the lovely hotel with spectacular views. we rate this 10 out of 10 plus 1 extra for Jay who gets 11 out of 10.

Jay our tour guide was excellent. He went out of his way to make us comfortable. His knowledge of the area was extensive. We learned so much about the Hood River and its beautiful waterfalls. Our lunch stop in Mt. Hood was fantastic thanks to Jay’s recommendation. We were a party of 3 mature women and Jay made sure we were well taken care of. We appreciate the fact that our tour wasn’t cancelled due to the small number of participants. The stops planned on the tour were informative and gave us plenty of time to see the falls and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Thank you Jay for a wonderful day the 3 sisters from Ga, Ohio and Ala

It is an all-day tour. Substantial elevation change, so bring an extra layer. Comfortable shoes are where it's at. Beautiful scenery, delicious wine.

This excursion had a pre-start out that was a bit rocky due to a poorly written email, but it ended up being an excellent excursion. Our tour guide, Jay, was great. It was only two of us and I was surprised that the tour wasn't cancelled and so grateful that it wasn't. My daughter and I had a great time. Jay made sure we were well taken care of from the time we left Portland and returned at the end of day. He was also very knowledgeable about all things related to Oregon and went to great lengths to explain each stop on the tour and things we passed enroute. He recommended some additional sites to see in Portland and some great places to eat.
If you are in Portland or the surrounding area and are looking for an inexpensive tour that includes the fee for a winery, I strongly suggest this tour.
It was indeed a great full day's adventure.

Our tour guide Rob was so passionate and enthusiastic about waterfalls and Oregon. We saw so many beautiful waterfalls and Rob knew all the good angles to take pictures. We also got to see the Timberline Lodge where The Shining was filmed and the winery we visited was lovely

The itinerary was so extensive where we got to see so many Portland area sites and nature. At our stops, the guide pointed out specific things to see and experience. Our guide, Gunner, was very informative, engaging in conversation, and flexible based on size of group.

This tour was very good and the guide, Phoebe, was great. I am disappointed though. The tour I paid for was to visit two different wineries and we were only taken to one. Our tour was merged with a different one due to cancelations. We were not informed of this until half way through the tour. I don’t think it’s appropriate to change what was agreed upon.

It appears that you read the description of the tour incorrectly. It clearly states in multiple parts of the description that only 1 winery will be visited on this tour. I made sure to double check that this morning before responding you your review. Even though we merged it with the Mt Hood Loop Tour, there was no change in the number of wineries visited.
