Parking for meet up, & hotel availabilty for this area. Did not like the meet area . Guide was good, knowledgable , on time.
That was amazing tour! Sonya was a great tour guide. She was knowledgeable of the area and she was friendly. We really enjoyed our trip! Highly recommend this tour.
Our tour guide Sonya was excellent , very knowledgeable, she made whole trip very interesting. We learn about plans , nature , waterfalls legends. Trip was safe, pleasant and fun
Truly the best tour!! Sonya was very timely and wonderful and flexible with our tour time. She knew some of the best spots and also had great information about the areas we were going through. Would absolutely do another tour with this company and especially with Sonya.
The whole experience was wonderful! We enjoyed the hike to bridal veil and enjoyed how it felt like we were the only ones Tigerettes for the most part.
Sonja was great very knowledgeable respectful of everyone time would recommend her for anyone who wants to do this
Enjoyed the 4 hour (not 3 as published) tour to see the falls and vista. Sonya was our friendly guide. It was a great, short trip out of Portland.
The tour was great! Our tour guide Sonya was amazing! Very knowledgeable about her tour and other fun facts. Super sweet and relaxed. We had a small group which was a plus bc it felt more like a private tour

Took us wherever we wanted to go and was very flexible with the tour. Definitely the highlight of our trip. This is a requirement if you’ve never been to Portland. A GREAT tour!
Loved it! Was new to Portland and we were 15 min late because I missed my exit. But the tourist guide waited for us and showed us a great time!!

Sonya was knowledgeable about the city but the entire day was rushed. I would’ve liked more time at the falls. I think there are too many stops to fit in 4 hours. It seems driving time is included in the 4 hours which takes time away from exploring. Overall is was a great experience and Sonya was a sweetheart but now knowing I can explore the same region on my own I don’t see myself spending any more money on a tour. I felt we could’ve had more time at each waterfall considering there was only two of us.
The scenic was amazing to bad there was not enough time at each location. The van was a little questionable.
We pitched up at 7:30am for an 8am deparature only for the bus not to turn up. After trying to contact Viator & the trip organiser, I had to eventually turn on roaming (at a charge) to send messages via Whatsapp. Although viator sent me a reminder via text, the trip organiser decided to use whatsapp instead, & the original messages didn't mention that trip was cancelled, but just "I am Ben - your trip guide". He eventually told us trip was cancelled, & that the only day & time he could do trip was the following morning - where we already had another trip booked. Took a lot of rearranging but no apology from trip company. The girl who ws our guide the following day knew nothing of the issue !!!

One of the difficulties of traveling abroad!
The tour was made even better since there was only myself and one other person. Our tour guide, Sonya, was very nice and she was happy to take pictures for us. You have to see the falls in person, I feel like pictures don't show the true nature of them.
First, ask to reschedule to a different day that we both agreed then last minute canceled definitely ruined that trip

So sorry! I had to cancel due to staff illness. It was a regrettably unfortunate situation.
The waterfalls were absolutely beautiful and our Tour Guide Kristian was adventurous and made the trip more excitable.
These waterfalls were amazing to see! Our tour guide Sonya was energetic and a wealth of knowledge. Although our group was in a time constraint, she managed to go above and beyond with her tour. Thank you Sonya!
This was a great tour/visit. Our guide was Sonya and she provided interesting facts along the way. We spent about 30 minutes at each waterfall. I highly recommend it for a half day excursion if you are visiting Portland.
Excellent tour!! Ben was awesome!! The waterfalls where just beautiful, stunning and would do it again for sure
Ben was a friendly guide and took us to many stops. It was a busy holiday weekend and he made sure we were able to be dropped off while he waited for us to see the falls. Due to the holiday and time constraints we didn't make it to Multnomah but made up with an extra falls stop. This was a perfect way to see waterfalls and not having to deal with driving and parking.
Ben was really nice and fun! The falls were beautiful. He even took time to take us to get fresh berries. Great price!
