The premium outlets are not that large and it is not likely that you will need more than 3 hrs to shop. This is important when considering the return time. The shuttle was one of the cheapest seen online. They will ask you regarding the return time when you board the shuttle.

Bus pick up point confusion

I was advised of wrong pick up point and we were waiting at the wrong bus stop. Received a call and made our way to the pick up stop over in the next street. Ended up waiting over an hour for pick up. NB…staff were patient and waited for us to make our way to the pick up point. No trouble coming home.

Driver was a no show was at the pickup point 10 minutes before pickup. Every other driver announced themselves and who they were looking for. Maybe a sign in the window of the bus would make things easier

Our shuttle bus did not show up at our pick up spot at the Sheraton Waikiki.. we only had one day to explore and was left. Standard. I would like a refund for your no show.

Our driver was extremely courteous. Even though he was 20 mins late in picking us up from the hotel, he still us plenty of time in the end to shop because we were able to catch the later shuttle back to the hotel. Great day
