- The Pearl Harbor Visitor Center has a no bag policy. Any bags, packages, or containers that offer concealment (e.g., purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage) that exceed the dimensions of 1.25" x 2.25" x 5.5" are not allowed. The Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum operates a baggage storage facility near the visitor center entrance, with a fee for all sizes, including luggage. This storage can be used for visits to all Pearl Harbor Historic Sites.
- Open 362 days a year, closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
- The Boat Ticket to the USS Arizona Memorial is NOT included with this tour. Reserve your Boat Ticket ahead of time at recreation.gov ($1 reservation fee per ticket) or join the free USS Arizona Memorial Standby Queue upon arrival at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.

It is heart wrenching. The thought that many people lost their lives unnecessarily because one person trivialized a warning ," Don't worry about it, it's just a drill." To have all the equipment and tech of the time, but still not be able to save the service people trapped in the ships is awful and heartbreaking. Much respect for all whom serve and protect our country.

Paid for something that is free. Would never recommend it. Sketchy would not recommend. Done if this company doesn’t like what you say, they ask you to keep riding more about your review not gonna change my mind sketchy

A memorial well done amd emotional for sure. We used the narrated tour by headphone. It was well worth it and made the tour more understandable and meaningful. The full tour lasted about 2 hours depending on the number of stops/pauses. Everything was easy with Viator from booking the tour, to entry and obtaining the headphones right to the end. I highly recommend using Viator and selecting this narrated tour.

This is very informative while being emotional. I would recommend that you go. Your heart bleeds for the men and women that lost they're life, as well as the family. My family is military and I have a lot of respect for people that give/gave their lives for us.

The website for the National Park is a mess. We were unable to get the correct information on the website or in person. We waited in line for the boat ride to the memorial only to be told that our boat ride was cancelled due to bad weather. The guide said that our tickets were good for 7 days. We don't have 7 days in Honolulu. The process needs to be streamlined for tourists.

Heart wrenching! I felt proud, angry and in disbelief as i moved through the museums, exhibits and memorial. Learning new information about the events that happened that day was great. Viewing the memorabilia was amazing. The VR experience was cool.

This package only gave us sound with earphones and a cellphone to hear what I can read in the wonderful free exhibition.
IT didn’t include any boat trip to the USS Arizona Memorial like the name seems would be included.
Be aware. They will not let you bring anything larger than a wallet sized purse or bag into the exhibit! I had to leave my wife’s purse in our car and our water bottles too! I never saw this on this package and had to go back to our car to redo as many other people. Please put notes in the lot about this.
No kiosks either to pay $7.00 parking! Had to set up on my iPhone to pay it. Need license plate number to complete.
To tour the memorial over the ship you do online a purchase if you can get them. They’re a lottery at 3:00pm on the day before you go.

This is a great tour and very informative with audio headphones and a vitual reality tour with museums included. However, the sub tour is seperate and getting on the boat over to the USS Arizona is a nightmare unless your able to book tickets on the boat the day before you go right at 3:00pm . Tickets sell out in minutes. Otherwise your stuck waiting for overflow and might get on the boat after a couple of hours waiting in line. Apparently there is construction going on as well, so this might be better in the future. Other than that, very peaceful place and provides empathy for what happened here.
