We were very disappointed in this excursion all we did was ride to Diamondhead turn around and ride back no near ration no talking

The bus picks you up too early and you have to stands in the sun for almost an hour. Very few places to sit.

Very nicely done. The tour provider was very organized. I made a mistake on the date when I originally signed up..the provider were very accommodating, they switched us to the better date.
The catamaran ride was excellent!! The captain and the crew were great. Even on a cloudy day that obscured the sunset, trip was well worth it. The views of the city were amazing
The food and BARR were good too.

Disappointed that the catamaran was so crowded and the crew gave no information about where we were and what we were seeing. We sailed to just off Diamond Head, waited and then sailed straight back. I feel that passengers should know in the information about the tour that there will be a lot of people on board and that there is no information given whilst sailing.

I am not sure luxury would be in my description, Casual would be a better fit. The crew was friendly, but the 2 free drinks is a little misleading. All alcoholic beverages come with a price. It was also a bit crowded with little seating for the 3 hours we were out there.

This was the WORST. I have been on many of these, and the captain always points things out and talks to us. All we did was go an hour out in the ocean and then come back. No talk no dolphins. NOTHING. I hated every minute of it.

We thought this was a sunset dinner cruise Only one table to sit. No narration of the area, just loud music. Did not care for the food either. The restrooms. Don't use them unless it is absolutely necessary. If you are over 55, think again before going.

About a two hour trip, not much room, a little crowded. Not happy they allowed smoking on board. We finally found a place to sit at the back, and had to move due to smoking.

This was my favorite excursion! There were drinks at the bar, and once the sails were up we whipped through the water, and the large swells made it an exciting ride! My kids really enjoyed it too!

It was lovely to get out on the water and see Waikiki from the catamaran. I was pleasantly surprised that the vessel was not overcrowded and that we could move around rather than be stuck in a seat where you may or may not get a good view of the fireworks. The sunset was beautiful and I got some lovely photos.
The food was good and there was plenty for everyone too.
Pick went smoothly and there was not trouble finding the driver and bus at the end of the night.

A fabulous sunset sail in Honolulu. The fireworks over the bay were lovely, but the sail was the starring featyre. My husband and i chose this trip over doing a lulua and were very happy with our choice.

Cruise was wonderful but Viator completely got it wrong in advertising this expedition. We took the "Breakfast Cruise". We expected fruit, pastries, coffee, and juice. Maybe even the Bloody Mary or Mimosa that they say are available. NOT ONE THING WAS TRUE! All they had were flat soft drinks and beer and maitais. The only food available was commercially packaged granola bars, chips, and trail mix. Not my idea of a "Breakfast Cruise"!

The catamaran cruise was awesome. The personnel were are friendly and outgoing. We had a wonderful time. The food left something to be desired, but I would recommend this cruise to anyone. We had my three year old grandson with us and he loved it.

We enjoyed the cruise very much. We were lucky enough to be entertained by whales jumping out of the water near by. That was exciting. The captain and crew were very personable. Met nice people aboard from Canada. Food and drinks were very good. Fireworks were good. A very pleasant evening on the ocean.

Setting this up was easy on-line, but then it has the part about the "convenient pickup" and if you want it, you have to call. So I called three times and left a message. I used the convenient email that is accessible from their website which they keep pointing to in the voice message with no reply. Bottom line is that the "office" part of the cruise needs to learn a bit more about customer service. After complaining to Viator, I finally did get a call and the first thing said was "What do you need help with?" and not in the nicest way. Bad day?
As for the cruise, it was great, the crew was great and the day was fantastic for weather...of course this was 5 hours after the earlier diamondhead hike. It was a lot of fun, but it is an ocean cruise and things get choppy so be prepared if you get sick on small boat cruises.
