Don't book this tour- they never showed up.you try to ring the number it doesn't work.i even tried to message the tour operator And no response - SCAM Viator is very good they have actioned a refund

No show tour guide and no way to contact them

We arrived early and stayed well past the start time. The guide never showed up. We tried to contact the tour operator by texting via Viator and even calling them directly (despite them having a long-distance, British number) but got no response. We would have planned our day differently if the tour was not going to happen since the starting point was quite a ways from our hotel, but they never informed us (and we are still waiting on a refund, which has not been issued yet).

Dj was very good guide! We did a lot of walking and made so many good memories! Thanks! We were able to check WTC memorial, Broadway, Financial Center, Chinatown, Little Italy, Grand Station and learned a lot from the local guide!

Ridiculous! I was participating to this activity with my mom. After walking for 3 hours, the guide told us we could take a break and buy some stuff around. Then, all of a sudden, he just left my mom and I there. I try to contact someone on the app and no one answered. It's like it was a set up. I asked for a refund and they refused. I did not want to leave a bad review cuz the guide was actually nice and funny but this is unacceptable. Worst experience in my life!

Interesting itinerary; friendly and knowledgeable guide with warm personality. The whole tour was enjoyable, fun and relaxing. I enjoyed my tour with fellow travellers too. I recommend this tour. However you need reasonable fit, otherwise you can’t finish the distance of this walking tour.

Though it was a little difficult knowing where to meet up initially, due to the construction, we were so glad to find our tour leader, Sam, and start this great tour! Sam’s personality really made the tour fun and interesting. Some of the highlights were Hamilton’s grave sight which was a pleasant surprise, my daughter and I being fans of the musical, then the 9/11 memorial and the delicious dumplings we got in Chinatown! Definitely take this tour and soak in the rich NY history and culture. I hope you get Sam as a tour guide! He answered all questions and gave us great restaurant tips. Give that man a raise because he MAKES this tour!
