Itinerary

Make your own way to Duarte Square to meet your guide and start your walking tour.

Begin in SoHo (South of Houston), which is known for its architecture, restaurants, and shops. Hear how SoHo became one of the city's trendiest and most expensive neighborhoods as you stroll down Greene Street, and see architectural gems such as the Haughwout Building and the Old Police Station.

Continue into Little Italy for Italian favorites such as pizza, cannoli, and gelato (own expense). You'll also get tips on good spots on Mulberry Street.

Pass the Manhattan Bridge as you walk into the heart of Chinatown. Stop at the Mahayana Buddhist Temple to see a huge Golden Buddha statue. Sample a traditional dumpling (own expense), and learn about the Five Points neighborhood in Lower Manhattan.

Expect to cover about one mile (1.5 kilometers) at a leisurely pace with plenty of stops. Your tour ends in Chinatown.

Wonderful day in the city

Liora_E, Sep 2025
It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed friending our time with Brianna. She was very knowledgeable and gave us so much information

Too much detail for a "fun tour"...he made it not fun at all

Melissa_M, Dec 2024
Connor our guide was very educated but was overwhelmingly forthcoming with wayyy too many details. It was cold and windy and we expressed we just wanted the basics as we had show tickets just after on the other side of town. And yet he still gave us over an hour of walking and details in just soho. Four in our group and we were all done after 15 minutes of the incessant rambling and vomiting of historical details about a place we just wanted highlights. I would not do this tour again.

Private is the way to go!

BARBARA_W, Nov 2024
This was wonderful. Reservations were easy. Communication was excellent. Meetup place easy. We arrived early so we notified them & asked if we were able to start early & we did. 20 minutes early. Private guide is the way to go. We were 2 people. Michael was amazing & made it great. His great personality & knowledge made the tour fun & interesting. We got to choose where to sample foods & was able to go at our pace. We ate at the most famous , most popular & most different. Can’t beat the price. Private was $1 more than group of 15, but did not include food samples. But we got to buy what we wanted at the places of our choice. Food cost us about $20. Full size & what we wanted. Great experience.

Fantastic!!!!

Judy_H, Jun 2023
We did not get to soho in time because of the pride parade. Took us 2 hours to get there. They tour guide was upset with us because they said we did not communicate with them the right way. Talked to him once and the driver told us we should be there in 15 minutes. Took another 30. The tour guide left before we got there. I tried to cancel because I knee we was not going to make it. They said I canceled due to weather if so that was a mistake. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I hope that we can get some of the money back. I understand that his time was worth something. Thanks Judy Hren

Great day!
