- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

- International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request

This is the third time I have used Viator when traveling. Great experience every time. Have used them in Greece, France and now in States. They are professional. Show up on time and communicate to make sure pickup happens where/when it is scheduled. I knew the fee upfront so could plan ahead. Really reduces stress.

Very poor service after booking a transfer from JFK Airport to Newark Airport DO NOT USE THEM. They take your money and make very little effort to ensure the transfer takes place. It's nothing more than a badly run taxi service, yet they advertise themselves as some high quality executive service with a glossy website. I waited for almost 2 hours for a pickup from outside, what you can only call, very chaotic pickup points outside JFK. The drivers don't call your name and there is nothing other than a hand written card on the dash, which is too small to see. I can't see that it is right that the customer has to try to look at every dash of every car in the hope of getting their ride. There are hundreds of cars picking up passengers. Unless you have a US mobile phone you cannot be contacted by this company and no allowances are in.place for international travellers. It was cold and wet and I had to call them twice from the airport arrivals to find out what was going on. This company should have a better method of picking customers up from the airport. After an 8.5 hour hour long haul flight it was an extremely bad experience and to make matters worse I had difficulty communicating with the driver who then demanded a $20 trip and another$33 to cover the bridge toll. I had already paid £112 online prior to my trip. This company needs to rethink it process. An airport transfer is not , to quote their phrase , "an experience " and should therefore not be treated as such. Overall it's an appaling service.

No communication to indicate what needed to do once our plane arrived. All my other Viator guides had sent me a message prior to my appointed time. All flight details were provided. I sent a message in the app with no response. I finally found a phone number to call, we waited 30 minutes for the ride. Also requested English speaking…we are Americans in America!! We could hardly understand the driver. I would not recommend. However we did finally make our connection. I’m thankful that we had sufficient time between flights.

There was some confusion about the pick up time but the transfer folks had texted me a phone number to call if needed. They thought transfer was 1:00 pm but it was really 7:00 am. I called and they had a car and driver there 7 minutes later. Great response.

On time, professional, and comfortable transfer between the airports. Being older and having several heavy bags, the help, room, and comfort were greatly appreciated. Yes, more than a taxi or Uber, but after a long flight and clearing customs, it was nice to have this scheduled and certain.

Awful, I rebooked an airport transfer to go from JFK to Newark and no car came, Viator doesn’t have direct access to the car service! They were calling and being on hold… they sent an email to Carmel car service to find the car but never tracked it down! It was over half an hour wait with no clear time or direction as to when or if the car would be coming.
I had to cancel the ride as I needed to catch another flight. Horrible, gave me anxiety and no real assurances and they should have cancelled the car and find alternatives… but no!
Will delete the app and not use this service again, useless waste of time and money.

Too many issues. I clearly wanted a drop at JFK but Viator mistakenly mentioned La Guardia. Getting this corrected was a pain. Then. locating the driver at Newark was really tough. Finally the driver expected a 25% tip and almost insisted on it - this is supposed to be voluntary.

Our driver was excellent. We got our luggage at LaGuardia went through the door to the pick up area. He was right there with my name prominently displayed. He drove us to JFK, great driver, not hair racing, but not a slow poke. Stayed right with the traffic. No honking. The entire experience was very seamless. I initially had so many worries about going from LaGuardia to JFK. It took me an hour from landing to dropping off. Would always do this again!!! So wonderful that you have this service.

We requested a driver and private car at 3.30pm. I had to call dispatch twice and he still was 45 minutes late. The car was an older model with fake leather seat overs, and was not to the standard private car services offer. The driver also expressed his personal political views which I found unnecessary.

The convenience was great and the our driver was prompt upon calling our local car service upon our arrival to JFK. Tolls are not built in to the price. You are already paying ~$50 pp for the service and the toll fees are ~$33. There has to be a system in place with the car service or viator to help offset this cost. The driver was great and helped with our bags and was polite. I gave 4 stars because of the toll fee situation. Thanks.

Driver was most nice. Procedures in NYC hardly make private transfer worthwhile unless you know you are arriving at bad time. Too much walking with no help as drivers aren’t allowed inside to meet the driver. Driver not on site. Car not special. Okay, sort of reliable but special.

Driver late and accused us of waiting in the wrong place. He was incredibly rude and hardly spoke English.
He drove like a maniac and was watching videos on his phone while driving!
Aggressive about a tip and would only accept the largest tip of 35%.
An awful experience. We feel a refund of his tip is appropriate as his service was non-existance.

The driver was okay. I was aware that I was responsible for tolls however 200 canadian dollars I paid to be transferred from JFK to Newark then was stuck paying 57 USA dollars for tolls in which I did not even get a receipt for. I find it hard to believe people pay that much money in tolls daily to go from New York to Jersey. I feel I got scammed.
