This experience e was professional from standing in the line outside to walking in and getting seated. The performers were awesome! The dancing was phenomenal, and the message was clear.

Great show. Slow in the beginning, and seats were ok, not the best. Roof dip
In Mezzanine that blocks some of the scenes. Great story and cast. Technically the diction of some of the songs was not great, especially Ally and her bf. Mother was phenomenal!

Normally love Viator but this time downloading tickets was impossible - probably due to email issue - but no alternative through Viator. Ended up taking photo of ticket and crossing fingers that it would be accepted by Theatre.

This was an amazing, raw story about Alicia Keys life told through her music! The singers were amazing and the journey they took us on tapped into some unexpected emotions. Who knew I would be shedding tears! 😭❤️

The show was awe inspiring. It made you laugh it made you cry and it made you think. Love is powerful and forgiveness is necessary. All the actors dancers and vocalist were awesome. I loved everything about it 💕

I didnt receive an electronic ticket via email. Ticket was not available to scan at box office and the operator hung up during the call. I will never use this site again.
