No one at the store knew about the vouchers or experience and it took them awhile to figure it out. Not the staff's fault at all and they were all very apologetic and nice. When I did get my items, I was disappointed to learn a lapel pin is not included, it's a button. It's ok but well below my expectations. Also if it's just 2 people from the same household, you really only need 1 voucher since it comes with both a butterbeer ice cream and butterbeer drink. Overall not something I'd recommend unless you collect wands and/or like sweets. I will say if you go before 11 a.m. on a weekday, it will feel like you have the store to yourself and can take lots of pictures.

This Butterbeer bundle was well worth the price. We just had some confusion at the store but the Manager was very helpful and friendly. The special treatment she gave us was appreciated.

Really good deal, a must have for any Harry Potter fan! The cost of what you got seemed more than what you pay for it do definitely worth it.
Bit confusing when I got there as a couple of the staff did not know about the voucher but got it sorted in there in the end.

A must-see for Harry Potter fans! The staff was so friendly and helpful and we loved that the wand, pin and chocolate frog were included in the bundle. The butterbeer and butterbeer ice cream are to die for.

As crianças se sentem no filme, linda decoração com alguns itens de decoração que se move (como a águia da escada), varinha para brincar, Hagrid tamanho real, venda de todos os itens de cada casa e “cerveja” e sorvete de manteiga acompanham o encanto. Varinha mágica e sapo de chocolate que vem no pacote também fizeram sucesso por aqui.
