The trip to Niagara Falls especially at the American-Canadian border was a spectacular and breathtaking sight. The constant supply of clean oxygen coupled with a cool breeze from the winds made it a once in a lifetime and memorable experience especially on a pleasant summer day. It truly was a place of serenity and rejuvenation. Everything seems like it was frozen in time. The chirping of the and buzzing activity of the local wildlife including the Swan Goose, American Robin, Starlings , Thrusher bird and congregation of thousands of seagulls made it a balanced and diverse ecosystem where multiple species of birds and small mammals could coexist and be a safe haven for generations to come. The highlights of the tour were Goat Island; which included American Falls, Bridal Vell Falls and Horshoe Falls( the biggest of the three), Luna Island, Terrapin Point, Green Island, Cave of the Winds, The Observation Tower and the Maid of the Mist. It was the ultimate experience and an escape from the crowded metropolis and all the bustling noise of motorized vehicles. Out tour guide Amy did a fantastic job in explaining all the above mentioned spots and her friendly demeanor made everyone feel welcomed. I highly recommend her to be others' tour guide to the Falls in the near future.

It’s very nice experience on time start and drop off including breaks, Tour guide excellent in her professional planning. I defiantly recommend this tour especially travel from Newyork in short time and come back. But only drawbacks is seats very like a flight very congested but given the price is reasonable and bathroom is included the bus it’s worth for sure.

If doing ferry trip by the Falls be prepared to be wet. Cover your shoes too and have a towel with you. Very good experience to feel the water power. Really liked the trip to get out from busy NY.

Emily was a great coach host. The coach was comfortable. The Niagara Falls are spectacular. Plenty of time to take photos.
The only negative was the Breakfast stop where the food choice was horrible.

The only thing this tour offers is a pick up an drop off service. The tour guide (Amy) was not insightful at all and was not a proper tour guide per se. She didnt have much knowledge to share about the falls other than what u can easily get on the internet in 2 mins of research.
For a tour that is 22 hrs long, they should at least provide bottle of water if not a single meal.
The bus lacked USB charging ports too.

I did like this experience, but I would like to spend more time at Niagara Falls, we were there just for 4 hours in the morning and then we went for lunch and then we started the journey back to New York City

Very good love the experience it was easy to get around and the tour person was amazing. You won’t get lost very good when it comes to children. You could bring strollers and walker they could place them under the bus.

This experience is a must. I went to simply get out of the city and see something scenic and it was the most wonderful experience. The tour guide emily was such a bright character she was so great and made us all feel so welcomed.

I arrived from my 11 PM departure and it was grossly unorganized. Everyone was gathered in the street trying to get on a bus. The guide notified us that there were two buses one that was English speaking and with Spanish speaking. I am English speaking. They called my name out and said I am going to the Spanish bus. I went to the bus and nobody spoke English on the bus. Apparently there was a Spanish-speaking group traveling altogether and the tour company thought it was a smart idea to put two English speakers in the middle of everyone speaking Spanish. One of the tour guides was nice and the other one was not, and accused me of being racist because I did not want to stay on the bus. I am not racist, but I do like to speak with others when I’m traveling. Being that I’m not a fluent Spanish-speaking person that would’ve been hard to do. BTW, this is not the first time I had an issue with this company. I took a trip to Washington DC, and it was the same issue as they put a Japanese traveling group to the front of the bus and the last four rows were the English speakers. So my advice to you be aware that regardless if you show up on time and lineup to board the bus, this company will still put you in the back of the bus if you speak English. I recently canceled the trip that I had scheduled to Martha’s Vineyard because this would be the third time having an issue with this company. I was so excited to travel, but Viator took that away from me.😩

I requested the English tour. I have emails saying what time the tour was supposed to start weeks before our trip. I was in the lobby at the time the tour was supposed to start. I receive two messages in Spanish from the driver. I sent multiple messages back tried calling several times, but I don’t speak Spanish. Needless to say the tour bus left us and we were unable to do our tour. This was main reason we came to New York was for this tour. I am very disappointed with the communication. I’ve been very satisfied with my vibe to service in the past, but this was quite a disappointment.

I booked the trip to enjoy the boat ride and see the waterfalls.
After completing my reservation and boarding the bus, I was surprised to find that the boat hadn't been booked due to bad weather.
We hadn't been notified in advance so we could change the date and enjoy the experience for the price we paid.
The bus was also old, and the smell in the bathroom bothered us and caused respiratory allergies.
We are very upset about this. It's very unfortunate.

It was good,But i expected something more,For example it was written that there would be wifi in bus,but there wasn't ,and also bus seat was quite uncomfortable, But the tour guy carlos was really nice and friendly ,i liked him Overall it was fine

We travelled all night long with a bus that was uncomfortable, the seats didn’t have enough space considering that the travel was 7/8h go and back. Moreover I felt rainy drops above my head and during the night it was cold. Once arrived to Niagara the weather was cloudy the temperature quite good but we couldn’t appreciate the falls. Of course we are in winter and is reasonable. The tour guide was nice even though I would have appreciated more explanations about the falls in situ and not in the bus. Considering all these situations, the price I paid was too much

Such a great trip! Really lovely day, we got lucky with fantastic weather! If you are thinking of booking this, I recommend you get an inflatable travel pillow to give yourself the best chance to sleep. Also get an extra layer of clothing because they really blast the AC on the bus.
Pros:
- It’s the fastest and cheapest way to get to Niagara from NYC
- They book your exact seat number, so you don’t have to fight over your preferred seat on the day
- You get a free Mist of the veil boat pass
- They give you a lovely postcard at the end
- The tour guide was nice and friendly
Cons:
- There was no sink inside the bus toilet
- The bus was smelly and it got progressively worse as the trip went on
- During our time on the bus the tour guide didn’t tell us anything about the falls or the surrounding areas. There is so much history, geography and anecdotes they could have told us about that it felt a bit lazy and underwhelming on their side. I get they want to let everyone sleep, but there was plenty of time we were all awake. They could have given us at least a 30min of an audio tour.
Overall I would recommend it, especially if the weather is good.
