These are rip off seats. There was a pole smack dead in front of me. I was not able to enjoy the show AT ALL because I already have vision problems so looking at the pole most of the night caused me to have a migraine and I could not see the star of the show because it was literally blocking the center of the stage. If I had known that this tickets had a pole in front of them I would’ve never purchased them. But what was most disappointing was that there were empty seats available yet this app selected seats for me that were HORRIBLE. I’m disappointed that I lost $220 and also my nieces first Broadway show was a bad experience.

The Genie was exceptional his singing was top notch. I have to say the romantic magic carpet ride was everything. It was beautiful and nostalgic all at the same time. This show was amazing and the talent on that stage will knock your socks off. Not to mention the New Amsterdam theater the history this place holds is priceless.

Viator booking agent assured me that the 5 tickets we purchased were in a wheel chair accessible area and they were not so we had to be separated. Ruined our whole experience.

This is the second time I have done a Broadway show. New Amsterdam theatre is stunning.
The show on the other hand was massively interrupted my Europeans who were talking throughout the whole show and taking videos even when they were told by the staff not to take them. They still tried to hide their cameras and continued to take videos. It got so bad I reported it to a staff member.
The show in itself was good although not amazing, I have seen Aladdin in theatres in UK and believe it's done better here. The genie didn't have the wow factor for me and it appeared like he does this show every night eventhough we know he does, the audience shouldn't feel like it.
Unfortunately this experience was ruined for me, I have never seen behaviour like this from adults, no etiquette, be warned

Absolutely amazing show and great experience. Great host for the venue to show you to your seats and very quick entry. We were sat on the top balcony and we still had an incredible view with no issues.

There aren't enough stars for this show!!! It was funny, theatrical... simply put it was AMAZING! I was worried about our seats but it didn't appear to be a bad seat in the house as they kept you truly entertained. The venue was very organized so getting in and to your seats was seamless. I would definitely recommend seeing Aladdin when in New York.

The absolute best. Way more than I expected. Best part was the fireworks inside. The dancing and singing was on point. Had many comical points as well. Can’t wait to see another Broadway show. Did miss Jasmine lion and Aladdin monkey but they made up for it

The choreography and the singing. The characters are also well developed and well rehearsed. Even the understaff for the original Aladdin cast members was magnificent and wonderful.

i don't know the exact loaction seat before i paid. Seem i had no rights to choose the seat But i think the Last row and aisle in balcony is not a ideal seat. So next time i won't be purchase tickets thru Viator. This was a not too good experience for me as a tourist.

The show was well executed. We really enjoyed it. I would recommend choosing your own seats and not letting the website choose for you. Our view was not the best. Several hats and heads blocked by daughter from being able to see.

The production was amazing. My daughter has always wanted to go to a broadway show since she was a little girl. She moved out here a little over a year ago and still hadn’t been to one so I surprised her with tickets. But we sat by a family and the mom and child talked the entire time. The child talked yelled and screamed had a stuffed animal he hit my 20yr old daughter with the whole first act. The couple next to us left the gentleman was so upset. The family in front of us turned around a few times and told them to be quiet. At one point the boy screamed so loud the entire section turned around and look up at him. And a worker came over and told them to be quiet. At the 15 min break I went and said something because we had been disturbed long enough and wanted to enjoy part of the show but was so upset it was hard to.
