Great broadway show. Very energetic and the cast were excellent. Lots of memorable songs and humour. A bit racey so if that bothers you I wouldn’t recommend. One note of caution they sell wine in a plastic reusable cup while you’re sitting in the theatre. With the exchange it was $55! My fault for not asking but they also didn’t tell me the price.

I booked and paid for two tickets one day prior to the show. Suddenly, I got an email saying due to a delay in fraud it’s a delay in tickets and I would receive the tickets in no later than two weeks
If you know that there is a delay in producing the tickets due to fraud, why you didn’t make it known that there is an almost two week time frame in order to receive my tickets in advance (before my purchase)!!!!! Now almost $200 went to waste over a show I wasn’t able to see ! And there is no refund !

Theatre was easy to find and we weren’t waiting long to get in. The show was sold out and it was fabulous. The singing and dancing was excellent. Would happily go again. The drinks inside were expensive

My tickets were not sent to me so I had to go to the box office. The theatre staff helped me out with no problem! They were polite and kind!! The show was excellent!! I would totally recommend it!

Chicago was a downright 5!!! Spectacular show that exceeded expectations!!!!
Booking through viator is a complete nightmare. The dozens of links to my tickets did not link to any usable ticket. The extra dozen of ads for viator took some time to ease through when I had to show them proof of my purchase… even then, the theater company had to contact viator to get a confirmation code that I had paid up. They never sent me tickets I could use, and the instructions to download them is garbage…. It doesn’t take you a ticket you can download, just an email that clearly says it’s not your ticket for entry…
Unless you want to be completely stressed out and unsure you have a ticket, I would pass on this agency and go for some company that gives you ticket in hand or emails the proof of purchase the day you purchase them.

The show was great. The venue was ok. We had great seats in front but the theater is old and the seats pretty cramped and not very comfortable for several hours. The worst part about the experience is the lack of restrooms. there was one approximately 5 stall women's bathroom for over 1000 seats. The line was ridiculous. The men's was better but at intermission, the line was also too long to make it through during the break.

The show was great, lighthearted with a dash of humour and a none too serious storyline. A relatively small theatre brought you closer to the event. My only criticism is when I picked my 2 tickets up from the Booking Office I noticed the seats weren't allocated next to each other! Luckily the seating staff took note and made sure we were moved to a better position on adjacent seats.

High priced show with some better, some not so good actors in a not at all glamourous atmosphere. I definitelydon´t need to do this again.
