Denote must try for thrill seekers and it gives you an impressive view of NYC from above..especially during sunset! It was magical! The team was so helpful and made everyone in my group feel at ease!
This was one of the most amazing adventures I’ve done. To ease anyone’s mind, it is very safe while giving you a great (and a little scary) experience. Erica was our guide and made it a very fun time. You get the opportunity to see NY in a whole different view that not many get to see.
It was awesome had a great tour guide and I would do it again. Also I enjoyed the beautiful views and the group I was with great people and got to meet new people.
This is not for the faint hearted - my partner did the climb & says it was amazing 😆 However next day his muscles all sore with the tension & anxiety of doing the climb

The experience was great! However the voucher stated picture/videos were included. That wasn’t true.
The sky climb it was very memorable and I would recommend it to my friends if they ever go to New York in the near future
Best part of this experience was the guys who worked there. There is a platform below where you are leaning off, so it actually isn’t that high. People afraid of heights may have trouble, but it didn’t feel scary if you aren’t. Be prepared to climb up a lot of stairs. That was the most thrilling part for me. You’re definitely strapped in, but it is cool looking over. You’ve got to pull a safety thing up with you, so you’re working the arms and legs at that part. Overall a great experience. Gift shop people not friendly, but that has nothing to do with the climb.

We originally thinked that the photos & videos were part of the 382$ experience but discovered that we had to paid 40$ more for our personnal photos and + 10$ more for the video.. and then we discovered that on our link we had all the pictures of everyones.. not just ours.. (paying this much for even unwanted photos.. :-(.. ) and also meaning that others unknow people have our personnal photos.. :-(..
We asked various desks managers ( photo booth desk > redirecting us to the front desk > redirecting us to photo booth desk.. then asking us to wait in front of the check-in desk.. we waited another 40 minutes for nothing and no one came to help us removing other people from our personnal album.. neither removing ours from other people’s album.. then we had to leave, having other appointments.. no people helped us in the end
disapointement and hanger will stay in our memories.
Our guide was very nice and helpful. He was Patient with us and helped us with a smile in his face. He also took nice pictures of us. It was an unforgettable experience!
Over all the experience was great! Felt safe and comfortable, but without good pictures how does one prove they leaned off the side of building at 108 floors?
When trying to get some money back they ran us around blaming each other. In all it worked out but make sure you tell your guide you want your full body ( feet included) in the pictures hanging off the edges mine were all taken waist up. And when asked if I could take a face forward photo they said no but was told by management that I should have been able to do it.
I will do this again just knowing I need to be more vocal about my pictures upfront
I was very nervous at first but Angel n Bueno were very professional which hype me up alot. They make sure that safety comes first. The whole experience was indeed fun n thrilling. I had a great time with them, will definitely come back again! Thank you so much, you guys did a wonderful job.
Amazing Experience, buy the photo package as you will want the pictures afterward. check in is a bit un-nerving given the cost of the experience, directed to stand at a podium, waited 15min past my booked time but after that it was great

Climb people were very supportive and amazing
City Climb looks like a great adventure for tourist or natives but for the price is not worth the hype. Yes you get the view of the city and get to do the activity but a lot of it is standing around waiting, “getting ready for the climb”, and ending the climb. Then after the climb is over it’s quite underwhelming the dismissal process. After you done something thrilling or exciting the environment would be more energetic. Just stairs of grey.
This purchase also doesn’t include the photos you take up top. You have to pay separately for the photos not worth the hype. The view amazing because it’s NYC. Everything else kinda bland and less than thrilling.
I had a reservation in the afternoon and I was a bit early and was put with another group. Staff was unfortunate dismissive….

Got there for 9.45 booking for city climb only to find that they no longer do this time and Viator should have informed us and refunded the money. No other time available that day and had to rebook for 10.30 two days later, which is not ideal as we fly out that day.
The City Climb experience together with the Edge was something extraordinary, unique, beautiful, wonderful and exciting. I collect it at 💯👍🏻. And it is in my plans to return to NY and I repeated the experience.

This was probably the most fun activity I did while I was in NYC. Our deathly recommended it. The climbing part is not so bad, but the leaning out is where The thrill is at. One of the most amazing feelings in the world. It takes a long time to get prepared to go up there but it's worth it. I would totally do this again
The City climb experience is one you could *never* forget and it’s honestly worth every single dollar. The staff and climb guides (Christina and Chelsea were ours) were amazing and really made the tour great. They check recheck and double recheck your equipment multiple times and you are very safe in the double rope harness. The only downside is booking through Viator. Staff at the entrance had no idea what to do and told us to come back at our ticket time after telling them it was a climb (same general admission entrance). We came back and we’re told our tickets expired because we showed up too late and not early enough. Be sure to show up before your climb and make it know that it’s for the City Climb or just book it direct.
The staff members were so nice and made me feel so comfortable, it was a fun and amazing experience.

Safety is a big focus here. Takes a lot of time for prep. Gabe & James and the rest of the team are awesome. They make the effort to make sure you get a great experience of course. I’m fortunate to meet awesome people to do this activity together. I would say we had a good time. I wish it was dusk, but it was dark. That’s when NYC dazzles. This activity may not be for everyone. If heights freaks you out, don’t do it. I love body-and-soul-separating activities, not because I’m an adrenaline junkie. I do regret my choices for the first 3 seconds and the rest is pure euphoria, so I do it. The views of NYC up there never ceases to amaze me.
