Ordered shuttle service round trip for $30 pp for 2 people and was told I booked private car Svc one way so now we are stuck and they won’t correct the mistake. Add is misleading.

I just so happen to be on a cruise during your transport and my driver thought you were booked for share shuttle vs. private shuttle, which you did receive the private shuttle and made it on time to the airport. Again I am truly sorry that the mix up caused you any stress.

First time booking a shuttle ride through viator. Had concerns about how to find the shuttle at the designated time upon arrival and if there were flight delays which would prevent me from arriving at the correct time. All concerns were immediately eliminated upon arrival because Shawn was there waiting when we arrived. He is very professional and personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Feeling misled

I thought I booked a round trip shuttle service from/to the airport. I was even asked about my return flight number on the return. However, when I was contacted by the operator I was told that I had only booked a one way trip. I had paid twice the price of a one way Uber ride so I didn't understand. Disappointed and will not use again - not even for the return to the airport.

Joe was excellent. I booked at the last minute because a different transportation service canceled on me. Joe was waiting and gave me a call as soon as my plane landed. He was holding a tablet with my name on it waiting and when he called he told me what baggage claim carousel my bags would be at. He was waiting a few steps away from it. He was so nice, courteous and knowledgeable. The SUV he picked us up in was nice and clean. Joe showed us different historical buildings while driving to our hotel. I would definitely use this service again and would definitely request Joe again.
