Cody did a great job of guiding us around the French Quarter. He had great stories to tell and made the tour very interesting and enjoyable, while getting us oriented to the area. Thank you so much!!

What an awesome tour! Our tourguide, Coty, was next-level knowledgeable and kind enough to answer our many, many questions. His cultural insights and colorful stories added true New Orleans-ian authenticity to our trip and gave us a truly memorable experience 💖

Tour guide never showed up. They even agreed to provide refund. Now they are refusing the refund. I can provide screenshot of text message thread and a picture of the meeting point. Also, the meeting point is in a bad part of town with a homeless person sitting on steps flicking us off while drinking his liquor.

We’ll…. Aren’t you a ray of sun shine.
2pm tours depart at 2pm
Not 2:06pm when you arrived or called to say you had arrived at my correct number 504-715-1269
I see your photos show 2:12 pm (I do have the 2:00pm time stamped photos of the location along with my live gps tracking that is used for safety checks on our groups but also to show our tours depart on time and operate exactly as they should)
Why did you say you didn’t receive a refund?
I have a copy of your refund confirmation. You know the one after you sent a request for refunds to be sent to a PayPal account after claiming your card couldn’t be used due to having fraudulent charges taking place after using it and you could no longer use it.
I received a screenshot of texts that weren’t from my phone 504-715-1269 (my phone number is the number you called and we provide for guests.)
Your exact words that you sent in this screenshot of a different number claiming to have been mine
You said - Have you tried to issue refund yet?
The card Inused to book the trip has been closed due to a fraudulent charge. I can give you a different card or a PayPal/Venmo address
Viator issued the refund. However we (including Viator) do not issue refunds to random cards or company’s, that's not how things work.
You claimed Your card was closed due to a fraudulent charge …. Now you are making several false claims aimed my business. I don’t appreciate that AT ALL.
Here is the EXACT confirmation of refund that you are claiming you didn’t receive -

FURTHERMORE--- as for the bad part of town? You were obviously lost or you are doing everything in your power to try to make my business look bad by starting untrue stories.
We are located in one of the most popular areas, Bourbon street in the French Quarter and to be exact this location where the tour meets is one of the most visited locations in this city hands down.
My tours meet and depart at the FAMOUS- Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop Bar on Bourbon Street in the world famous French Quarter.
Lafittes Blacksmith Shop Bar is a historic structure at the corner of Bourbon Street and St. Philip Street in the French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana. Most likely built as a house in the 1770s during the Spanish colonial period, it is one of the oldest surviving structures in New Orleans.
This bar stays so busy that there’s normally always a line because it is famous!
People come here just to get their photos taken of them in front of this building!!
If there was a homeless person that you saw (which we have them in our city like other cities…..) wherever you where at when you saw this homeless person you probably deserved whatever he said or done because you sure come across as a person who’s a KAREN. Homeless people are people too and do not deserve to be treated less than such.
In the future contacting a company beforehand not after an appointment would be my suggestion.

We learned soo much about New Orleans and it’s vibrant history! It’s so much to see and tales to hear. Also, a big thank you to Mr.Cody for the wonderful tour!
matthew_i, Nov 2022
Hearing about the stories of the LaLaurie Mansion were unfortunate, but incredible. Also, the random facts about some of the oldest bars in America and the workarounds to stay open. Great time.
