The information was great (that's why we are giving at least a 3 star) but we booked this tour because it said it was a guided tour when in fact it was a SELF guided tour with audio.
That was disappointing as we have booked many other guided tours in the past with viator and they have been amazing experiences.
Wish it was guided it would have enhanced our experience.

I had a nice time on this tour. Pick up from the hotel was easy and in time. I felt safe with the driver and she pointed out different places as we drove. Oak Alley was a beautiful place and I enjoyed my tour

Our driver was excellent. I do not recall her name. She explained different areas while we travelled. She was very knowledgeable. The driver was an African-American woman. Very accommodating. Picked us up and dropped us off. It was a great experience.

The Plantation self walking tour was excellent. Dionne our transportation driver was excellent also.
There should have been communication that the transportation was dropping off other tours such as swamp tour. This extended our time. It would have been nice to know this before booking.

Thanks for the awesome review. The return time is between 1 - 1:30pm and on that day the driver made it back to the city at 12:50pm. Drop-off was completely at 1:15pm. All our vehicles have tracking devices on them to make sure our drivers are driving safe, tours are running on time, but please keep in mind that traffic is out of our control.

Pick up at hotel was disorganised and missed trip as result even though waiting 15 minutes before departure time

Your pickup location was at Best western landmark 920 North Rampart St. the driver arrive at that location 8:07am, 8:15am and 8:31am and you were not at that pickup location. We also made contact with the hotel concierge who stated you were not a guests at the hotel. Your pickup time was between 8 - 8:30am. Sorry you missed your tour time.

What an amazing experience! Thank you N’awlins Luxury Transportation! We had the most amazing driver. (Dionne) We were actually transported two days in a row by her. One to Oak Alley and the next day to Whitney Plantation. She picked up up at the front door of Ritz Carlton and dropped us off at the exact location exactly how it was promised. Thank you Dionne for making that hour drive go by so quickly with your very interesting knowledge and information throughout the city! Can’t wait to visit again!

Our bus driver Ms. Dionne was amazing. She was very pleasant and made the trip a very pleasant experience. I enjoyed listening to the history of the area and her tips on places to eat. We did the Oak Valley Tour and it was very interesting, a must see. We we’re trying to see the Whitney plantation also but maybe next trip.
