Latoya was energetic, engaged and brimming with facts/stories. She easily weathered a distasteful encounter with another guide in Louis Armstrong Park, and rolled with the punches when the tour stop coffee place was closed.

We’re so glad you had a good time! LaToya is indeed magic, and her light is the best defense against the foolishness out there sometimes! Come back again and take another tour! 🥰

    Black Music/Lives Matter

    Tavious_P, Jul 2025
THIS experience was my absolute favorite of all of my tours. Just learning the history about the Treme and the historical features of the music from the negro slaves to the croons, wails, and bellows of instruments these Black and Brown peoples put their hands and lips to was just awe inspiring. My tour guide was absolutely phenomenal in the way she tells the story of all that is featured in the park. The way she gave context really helped bring what we were seeing and hearing to life. She was very knowledgeable and made me want to return to New Orleans for another visit.

    Response from Host, Jul 2025

So glad you enjoyed the tour! LaToya is truly a treasure.
