Absolutely fantastic experience with Chris. We learned so much on the art of cocktail making that we can take home and practically use. He was so informative and very personable, and great to hang out with. We had such an amazing time and highly recommend.

Chris was an excellent host. His knowledge of the cocktail industry was amazing. He educated us on the ART of making the best Old Fashion along with how to make a few changes that bring out new flavors. We went with our college son and friends and everyone had a great time.
Very fun and interesting workshop!! Worth the cost. The old fashions were phenomenal. Coordinators knowledge was outstanding.

In depth class about what makes an old fashioned and how you can make small adjustments to have a significant effect on the end flavor. Chris gave us ideas on ways we could modify the recipe at home. I’ve tried to make a good old fashioned at home many times, but never had as good of results just because rations were likely a little off. We learned a ton about making cocktails in general also, not just the old fashioned. Chris was also extremely knowledgeable about the history of the drink. He has a background as a chef and brought in concepts about how bitters, citrus, oils, sugars and salts all have a profound effect on how the drink ends up tasting.

This workshop was way more than just a cocktail class—it was a full-on good time. We learned how to make a bunch of different old fashioneds (some classics, some with a twist), and the whole thing was super informative without ever feeling boring or stiff.
The host really made it. Great storyteller, super engaging, and just fun to hang out with. It felt more like a night out with friends than a class. If you’re into whiskey or just want to learn a few impressive drinks to make at home, this is 100% worth it. Highly recommend.

Lots of interesting, useful info on cocktails. Fun time with Chris. Besides getting to imbibe some whiskey, you'll learn a lot about the structure and ways to modify some common, and not so common cocktails.

Great experience & even better drinks. I’m not much of a drinker, but my girlfriend loves a strong drink. I knew she would love this very much and she did. Even as someone who doesn’t enjoy whiskey, I had a great time and enjoyed learning about the three cocktails and customizing them to my liking with Chris’s help everyone can enjoy a good drink.
