We arrived and no one was their to greet us till 20mins of waiting. We were the only ones there and the host just served us, she was nice and pleasant but after she served us disappeared for the rest of the time. There was no tour either. We honestly thought the experience would be different after hearing about it so much. Now the bourbon and whiskey taste was different and good. Would have chosen a different tour if we would have known.

I would recommend a tasting at the downtown location. The bartender there shared a lot more information and the tasting was $10 cheaper than this one. The server for this tasting was helpful in pouring our tastings, however, offered no other information about the Distillary, which pour was which, suggestions on what to taste first, etc. The proof was very high on one of my tastings to the point that it was not pleasant. The tastings at the downtown location were much better to me. After the tasting I received an email asking if I wanted to add a tip. I thought this was tacky.

What a great way to get an intro to whiskey, bourbon and guess what…. Tequila and rum … all straight from the barrel! They just remodeled and opened up the space - it’s immaculate, fun and filled with Doodle Inspiration (from Stella - the owner/managers Doodle)! This is great for anyone travelling solo (like me) down to group bachelor/bachelorette or with some friends and chosen family (ha!). The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable. I felt right at home but also ready for a good time! :)

Kelly was very knowledgeable and friendly.
It was was fun tasting whiskey and agave that had been thiefed straight from the barrel! The atmosphere of the tasting room was wonderful!
The bourbon, Rye and agave were all amazing as well! I'm looking forward to NBC products being distributed in my area soon!
