There’s no better place to learn line dancing than in Music City. This Nashville line-dancing class is easy to fit into any busy day with multiple afternoon start times offered when booking.
Arrive at a popular moonshine bar in the heart of Nashville for your lesson. Once everyone is checked in and ready, the class begins. An instructor shows you the basics before teaching a routine and is front-and-center of the class, so you can see their moves easily. They also use a microphone so you can hear them without straining.
After your class, within two weeks’ time, get a fun, keepsake video of your dance routine to remember your experience by.

This was awesome fun! Instructors took it slow so we could keep up! The Bootleggers bar was great - good drinks and quick. We had a blast - still waiting in our video but that is my fault on my email.
We spent a fun morning line dancing with Lisa. She was professional and a great teacher. We had a fun time.

This was a must do when in Nashville. Travelled with a small group of girlfriends and we had a blast learning to line dance and Jason was an awesome teacher. First rule: have fun! 🫡

Way too hot in the venue. Also, very hard to hear with the band playing downstairs at full volume. Air-conditioning would’ve been nice.

Howdy Sam! We know, it was hot with it being 105 degrees outside of the bar, the bar controls the thermostat, we put our requests in, but we are at the mercy of the venue they had it cranked up. As one of the instructors there, it was hot and I know i calmed the pace of the class to adjust to the heat. We will crank our music a little louder to drown out the band downstairs next time. Some bands just like to go full Rock Band. I am sorry you didn’t have a true 5 star line dancing class experience. We thank you for trying us and if you decide to come back, we will put you a Bootleggers Inn, to get a different experience.
Its an amazing experience! We got to choose what line dance we want to learn with 3 options and the class will vote on it! We learned one beginner & one little more advanced dance! Instructors Mila and Molly are amazing and lovely!

We came as a group of 13 for a bachelorette trip and had the best time line dancing! Our teacher was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, encouraging, and full of great energy. She made everyone feel comfortable right away, even those of us who had never line danced before. She explained everything clearly, kept the lesson fun and upbeat, and made sure the whole group felt included. You could tell she genuinely wanted us to have a great time, and she really made the experience special. It was the perfect activity for our bachelorette weekend, and we would absolutely recommend it!

It’s so much fun! They give you multiple songs to choose from and then you learn two dances. We wish we would have done this our first day there so we could have used them while out and about.

Mallory was awesome! She made the class fun and gave easy instructions to follow. My friends & I were able to put what we learned in practice that night at the bars. Definitely we do this again when we come back to Nashville.

Went with some friends and it was a lot of fun but would’ve been better with a smaller group. We had about 30 people there with us (maybe more) and it just felt like too many.

Howdy Julie! Thank you for your feedback! Our class sizes vary, we sometimes have 10-30 and sometime goes to 45 ppl all depending on the location. Nudies Honkytonk is bigger, reason for the bigger group. Bootleggers Inn goes between 15-28 ppl. So sorry it felt like too many people. We always want to give you the best experience possible. We will note this for the future!
Such a fun learning experience with a great instructors.

Jason is a great teacher. I learned 2 dances. I met some great folks from the USA and Europe. I would recommend anyone try it.

We had such a wonderful time! The line dancing class was so much fun and definitely one of the highlights of our visit. The instructor made it enjoyable, and the atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and full of energy.
The moonshine at the Bootlegged Bar downstairs was excellent, too! We really enjoyed trying it, and it was the perfect addition to the whole experience. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome.
If you're looking for something fun and different to do, I definitely recommend stopping by, enjoying some moonshine at the Bootlegger bar downstairs, and joining the line-dancing class upstairs. We had an amazing time, lots of laughs, and made some great memories.
I would definitely do it again! 💃🤠🥃

This was the best!! I was so nervous to line dance but the instructors were absolutely FANTASTIC! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville.
We had so much fun! I went with my 2 daughters, 19 and 12, and they had a blast! Lisa, our instructor, was so funny, full of energy, and fun to learn from. We left feeling like country line dancing queens! A great time for sure!

What a great time! In 1 hour the group of maybe 30 people learned and laughed together. I highly recommend for singles, couples, friend and family groups. The location is easy to find right in the heart of Nashville where all the music activity is. 5+ stars!!

Lisa, our dance instructor, killed it. We’re new to line dancing and wanted to dive into Nashville culture. Lisa gave us, about 25 in the class, a choice of dances. It was easy and fun. Perfect for a novice. Then we leveled up. We had another choice of 3 more challenging dances. Threw me for a loop but still a ton of fun. Highly recommended activity when in Nashville.
