This was such a convenient way to see Nashville because you learn about the city, but also you can start from any of the 13 stops. It really shows you how much there is to do in Nashville! We were able to start our tour by our hotel at the Parthenon, which was perfect! Highly recommend.

Fun Day

Rebecca_H, Apr 2026
The drivers were knowledgeable and stopped at many places. I don't hear well, and they were loud enough that I could understand them. If you really like your driver and get off, they will let you know time they will be back in area, so be there on time. They do keep their schedule.

Great service

Liz_M, Apr 2026
Great service and very informative the drivers are very knowledgeable. The bus times are great and run regularly.

Highly recommend

Mary_A, Apr 2026
Excellent CB was the best narrator lots of facts and stories. Very interesting informative… highly recommended

Great overview of city highlights

Valerie_G, Apr 2026
Great overview of the city highlights with time to hop off when you wanted to explore something in more detail.

Know before you go

Susan_L, Apr 2026
Have an idea of which stops you would like to see, so you can plan your off & on the trolley. The drivers are a wealth of information: history, places to eat, how to get around and generally very friendly. We had CB as our first driver and Jeff on the return both very knowledgeable & fun.

Disappointed

MarinaY_H, Apr 2026
Disregard what Viator says - tour starting time 9-18. Apparently this ‘start time” is 9-16, as the last bus took off right in front of us at 16:00. Want my money back

A Definate Do in Nashville

Vicki_H, Apr 2026
We hopped on the bus at stop 1, and honestly, the whole experience was just fantastic from start to finish. I feel like I learned so much . . not just about the big historical stuff, but all these fun, quirky facts that I’m definitely going to hold onto. The drivers were excellent and really knew their stuff. At one point, we had a couple of loud groups on board, and one of the drivers actually stepped in and gently reminded them that most of us were there to hear the tour. We really appreciated that. The route timing is perfect, too; it gives you just enough freedom to hop off and explore whatever catches your eye without feeling rushed. I’ve been to Nashville before, as had most of my group, but we all had such a great time. I’m already looking forward to my next trip back so I can hit up a few of the spots the drivers recommended. Highly recommend!

Great purchase

Erica_s, Apr 2026

Fun Trolly Tour of Nashville

Carol_K, Apr 2026
Great way to start our visit. We were on and off trolly from 9:00-5:00. Great way to see a lot of Nashville. Drivers narration was fun and informative.

A great way to see more...

kellie_o, Apr 2026
A great way to see more of Nashville. We had three different trolley operators who were all very knowledgeable. The only issue we had was in the afternoon waiting for a trolley to pick us up at a stop the wait time was 40 minutes, not the 10-15 minutes tgat we were told. Would definitely do this again.

Trolley

Thomas_R, Apr 2026
It was fun. Well narrated. Although at our second to last stop our driver let us off saying he’d be there until 11:00. When we came out before that time, he was gone and we had to wait a while for the next trolley.

Great way to see Nashville

maria_f, Apr 2026
The driver should know more about the farmers market Which days vendors are there. Went on tuesday about 3 vendor only and only food was available. Not worth the stop to get off. They made it sound like all these vendors would be available Some drivers share additional info which is helpful other than the dialogue they need to say. Like CB. He was great!! Very enjoyable to listen to

Excellent

Norma_A, Apr 2026

Fun way to see and hear...

Barbara_M, Apr 2026
Fun way to see and hear about the City. I recommend the two day pass so that you can get off and enjoy a lot of stops. Lots to do on this trip! Miss Country was an excellent tour guide. Fun to listen to and very knowledgeable about Nashville.

Excellent experience

Maureen_A, Apr 2026
Excellent experience! Three different drivers over the day and all were very knowledgeable and funny! Had a great time getting to see Nashville!

Only take it if you have a full day and have tiem to wait

Rosa_S, Apr 2026
We waited an extensive amount of time - 1/2 hour for a trolley. Then at our next stop - they had limited space and said they would send another. We waited 20 minutes for someone else to come. Then they stopped again because the driver's shift was over and he had to take back all the drivers. So they made us get off and wait for another trolley - another 20 minutes. One showed up but it was for something else and they could not take us - finally a woman on that trolley helped and called it in. This driver was great - Collum - he made us laugh and continued the tour for us. The tour itself was very disappointing.

Highly recommend

Jen_G, Apr 2026
Great experience! Wish we had saved money and done this on our first full day instead of taking Ubers everywhere.....would have saved us some money. All of the guides were personable, knowledgeable and funny. Would highly recommend!

Not sure if I’d recommend

Ruthann_K, Apr 2026
Very nice driver but he didn’t share very much information on anything we saw around Nashville. Didn’t give too much detail of anything. He pointed to a tower on a building and said it had a name but he didn’t know it. The locations to get on and off weren’t clear and the representative was not very friendly. She insisted on each of us having a ticket or picture of it even though two of us had everyone in our party’s on their ticjey.

No buses

Lisa_C, Apr 2026
We waited for over an hour outside the Ryman for a bus to show up- supposed to be every 20 minutes- we finally gave up and cancelled the Viator . They did not have enough buses running and when we finally did see a bus- it was packed so there was no room for the 20 people that were waiting at the Ryman to even get on the bus. Very disappointed since we love this tour.

Hop on Hop off Trolley

LINDA_W, Apr 2026
The website does not make it clear that the ticket duration is only good from 930 am to 4 pm for the day of purchase. We were unable to use our tickets because of this miscommunication. The trolley driver suggested we call and ask for a refund. We called and asked if we could change the date to the next date. But because we were within their 24 hour cancelation period they wouldnt let us. Even though we didn't want to cancel, just change the date. It was very disappointing they wouldn't work with us. We can't give a recommendation of the tour as we couldn't go.

Nice orientation tour

Alison_P, Apr 2026
Good tour in comfortable bus. Our driver did the commentary which was impressive in the busy streets. Sometimes tricky to hear him due to the noise from outside. Able to put the windows down to stop rain And wind!!

The driver was...

Michelle_M, Apr 2026
The driver was informative and funny. You learn things about Nashville that you would not know just by walking around.

I would definitely say...

Courtney_M, Apr 2026
I would definitely say the hop on hop off trolley in Nashville Tennessee is definitely something everyone should experience for the first. It was definitely fun and would do it again.

Great Tour of the City

Lillian_M, Apr 2026
Friendly and helpful tour guides, fun way to hit the highlights of Nashville. Good to plan where you want to get off ahead of time for managing your time.

Cousin Debbie

Yolonda_B, Apr 2026
We were in Nashville. Our driver was Cousin Debbie. She was wonderful. Very friendly. Thanks cousin Debbie.

Not worth hop on hop off

annette_c, Apr 2026
Don’t sit in the back of the bus, very loud, can’t hear the drive. Spaghetti was extremely entertaining and informative. The other driver, not so good.
