Miami airport, as expected is very busy, on arrival by plane there appears to be exits at the same level as the baggage collection area and on the level below and the driver needs to know which level you are exiting - it does not matter which one you just have to let the driver know. Our driver was very helpful and found us despite the volume of cars and people.

This was our 3rd and last shuttle service with AGA City Tours and we were pleased with each trip. Adrian and his team even kept in touch with our travel agent, Anne V, for a smooth experience. For this last trip, Adrian was already waiting for us at cruise terminal parking lot. Definitely stress free experience with all 3 trips. Lastly, Adrian even made a quick pit stop so we could pick up diapers for our little traveler before heading to airport...now that's awesome service!!

All we had to do was text our driver to let him know when to pick us up from our hotel and he arrived right on time! Helped put our many suitcases in the back of the van including a baby stroller. Our request for a carseat was also ready to go! Fun ride to Port of Miami and dropped off right in front of our cruise terminal. Great and smooth experience to start off our cruise!

Great communication with Adrian and team! Our flight arrived 30 min early and Adrian kept in touch throughout to ensure our specific pickup spot and estimated time it would take for one of his partners to pick us up. We requested a carseat for our little traveler and it was ready when we hopped in the van. Ride to hotel went smoothly with water and plenty of AC.

Very professional!!!! Contacted us shortly after we landed with clear instructions. Constantly gave us updates on his ETA and let us know he was delayed a few minutes due to traffic. Car was very clean and comfortable.

By far the best transportation company in Miami. We will ise them every time feom now own. They communicate days ahead to verify booking, give details, and make the customer feel like a priority. We had to change our pickup time the day of and they had absolutely no problem accommodating us. We were picked up in a very clean, luxury van with ice cold water awaiting us. The vehicle showed up at the exact time. Perfect. The driver, May, was awesome. She teied to move our bags for us but she was pregnant so we wouldn’t let her. May was a fabulous driver and fun to talk to.

I got a text when I landed and he told me right where to go and then guided me to his van. The car was super clean and he was very nice. Awesome experience all the way around.
