The sprinter van was lovely and the driver was prompt and on time.
However communication needs improvement. I was unable to get confirmation of my pick up time until 3 hours prior. Additional what was communicated for viator as the assiged pick up time was not the same as what the company had.
I would highly recommend the company give a minimum 24 hour confirmation to help ease stress and improve the overall luxury experience.

Company was extremely responsive. Confirmed the pick up time through direct messages. Due to a marathon and additional traffic occurring day of pick up, company was flexible and offered an earlier pick up time. Very smooth process, professional driver, had a group of eight and we had plenty of space in the 14 passenger Mercedes sprinter van. Would use company again.

I reserved transportation that was supposed to accommodate up to 14 people. However, the vehicle that was provided didn't accommodate 14 people as well as bags. I had to send some of my guests bags on a another transportation service that was reserved with others. It just was not enough room for both therefore, I felt that the vehicle may be enough room for 14 people but it's not taking into consideration bags so maybe another vehicle should be provided in order to make sure that bags are accommodated as well

We were looking for meeting place which showed their map, but we couldn’t find it. We were walking around to finds that place for almost an hour. I called the number they gave me, no one answered and I texted them, but on response. About all most a later, I got a text from the Driver.

Service was prompt and the van was clean and spacious. There was some confusion about where they were picking us up since we were on level 2 and needed to go up to level 1. Because the van is so tall it does not fit in level 2.

The people who transported us was nice; however, the charge was 190 and you book us with someone else who charged 10 dollars a person which was a total of 80 dollars. You took advantage of us for 110 dollars m. We will never use your service again nor recommend you to anyone else.

Making the reservation was easy and speaking with a rep during that process was GREAT!!!!!
However, day of pick up was HORRIBLE. When we got off the ship, I went to my booking and texted the driver that we were there and asked where should we go for pick up and no one responded. I sent two separate text, and still, no response. The app stated that I could reach the driver from the app, but no information was there to click on. After about 45 minutes, I was able to get through to a customer service rep who give me the number, of who I thought was the driver. I called that number (1-786-624-9482) and a lady told me to go to F4. I walked to F4 and waited and saw no one, so I called back and she would not answer. After about the 8 call backs, she answered the phone and screamed at me and told me that my driver had my information and he would be contacting me. If she would had told me that when I called the fitst time, I would have known that, because we were looking for a woman, and didnt even know what tpye of vehicle to look for. A few minutes later the driver Ivan called as stated that he was at the waiting area, and would be to us soon. He finally got to us, but was talking his time leaving the port. At one point he stopped that vehicle and another vehicle came up. The guy from the other vehicle jumped out, handed Ivan something and then we pulled off (a litter scary). But all in all, we made it to the airport, safe and sound.

William was there on time to pick us up. He got all 22 pieces of luggage with 11 people. He definitely knows what his doing. We got to listen on 80s jam which's was cool.He dropped us off safely
