Our guide was amazing! He was so informative, explained everything and even talked to our toddlers (both 3 years old) with such enthusiasm! We will definitely be back and would recommend. It was easy to find, easy to access and very enjoyable. The racoon island was a big hit, my kids also snorkeled. I wish I could remember his name. He was from Brazil and made the experience!

My wife was very anxious and my 12 year old daughter and me fell from the kayak and we were left alone until someone else found us, while the tour guide should have his eyes on everybody and don’t leave someone behind specially with 12 year old kid we were left in panic we were helped with strangers and when I actually found my tour guide and my wife was in panic and my daughter was crying I told him you should have had an eye on us he told he you should be grateful I didn’t leave you behind ! I filed a report to the authorities of what happened and I’ll know how to get back at what happens to my wife being in panic and my daughter having a traumatic experience and we falling in the lake with risk of contamination and parasitic infections.

It was well organized. A floating dock is just to the left from the blue building. It was empty when we arrived around 8:40 and a boat came at 9 am to pick us up and bring us to the kayaking station in the middle of a bay. We saw a lot of birds and bunch of raccoons. We had enough time at the raccoon island. Liam and Isabella were very nice and helpful.

Great tour with a bit of everything. A boat trip, kayaking in the mangroves, kayaking in the lagoon, meeting the raccoons, a short hike around the island. Make sure to bring shoes you can waddle in the water in. Alejandra and Tony were excellent guides, always on the lookout for interesting plants and animals.

Did the tour solo on a kayak and had the best experience! All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the entire tour. This is a must do trip if you are in the area and 100% worth it. Bringing extra fruit would be nice, but is by no means necessary.

Manatees will not be around in the summer.
The kayaking trip was still very nice,.
Our tour guide was just great!

Our tour guide Angie was very sweet and impressive handling the tour and getting everyone all setup. We kayaked through the mangroves which was very pretty and then went over to Racoon island. The negative about the trip is that you are on a tight schedule and not a lot of down time (maybe 20-30 minutes of down time to snorkel and feed the raccoons while at the island) and they did not provide or offer snacks, other than drinks, to the humans so make sure you do not go hungry. Also if you uber make sure you have a change of clothes, towel, for afterwards as it is hard to get a ride back if not. Overall reflection of the crew is they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The trip itself needs to offer food and a bit more down time.

Very sorry to hear you felt rushed. You should have about 1 hour atvthe islamd but all depends how quickly or slowly you paddle to the island. As for the food we do offer a fruit snack. We cut open fresh watermelon for everyone.

A great experience, despite the windy day and challenging kayak experience. Raccoon island was the definite highlight. Ashley was a great guide. Highly recommended!
