Our driver, Gustavo, arrived on time and was very helpful with all of our luggage. The vehicle was clean and really comfortable. This was the final hurdle before our cruise and it went perfectly. The price was reasonable for 8 people--about $20/person. I would 100% recommend and plan on using their service again.

Originally booked for 10am c messaged the company that we’d be arriving early. They acknowledged my message and then didn’t do a damn thing so I needed up booking an uber and also paying for this bs.

Your reservation was requested and confirmed by you for a 10:00 AM pickup, which is the time selected at the moment of booking. At 9:15 AM, you contacted us to inform that you were ready earlier. We immediately replied explaining that the pickup time was scheduled for 10:00 AM and that, given the high demand and volume of services during these dates, last-minute changes with such short notice are not always possible. Nevertheless, we did our best to accommodate your request. We also informed you that the driver was already on the way and was expected to arrive around 9:40 AM, which was earlier than the originally confirmed pickup time. Unfortunately, despite this, you chose not to wait and decided to book an alternative service. We always strive to accommodate passenger requests whenever possible; however, when changes are requested at the last minute, logistical constraints may apply. In such cases, the originally confirmed pickup time remains the reference, and we kindly ask for understanding. We remain at your disposal at all times and regret that you chose not to wait for the service that was already en route. Kind regards

Perfect! We had a party of 8 that needed a ride to the cruise port from MIA airport. This was the most reasonably priced ride, and was amazing!! The driver communicated great with me, and picked us up on time and the vehicle was perfect! I highly recommend.

We had a party of seven to get from our Miami Hotel to the Port of Miami. The van and driver we had from Viator were fantastic!. Arrived at hotel on time, helped load luggage and drove us to port. Great service! Nice way for all seven of us to travel together. Would definitely do this again.

We were a group of 10. Drivers and company communicate frequently. We always knew when they were getting close and when they arrived. They were always at the pickup location early and waiting on us. To have a group of 10 adults 50-74 yrs old and all of them be happy with transportation you know you have done an excellent job!

Quick and efficient but pricy.

Driver was on time, assisted us with luggage, and delivered us to port quickly and easily. Far better than mass transit or other large busses. Only complaint is that this company has a 4 person minimum whereas the other services I used for Airport to Hotel, and Port to Airport did not for exact same service (actually less as hotel and port were VERY close so much shorter driving time). So with this being a little more per person, plus having to pay for a non-existent fourth person, it was nearly double the others, unfortunately they just didn't have any availability.
