The driver was late. Our pick up time was 1030, he arrived 1055. At first he said, he will be a few minutes late, next was, he was a block away, next reason was he missed the exit. It was annoying to wait when we had a strict scheduled time assigned to our group.

It was a great experience. The driver let us know when they were 5 minutes out and they were a little early for our scheduled time. This was great for me since I'm always early. He loaded all of our bags (total of 9 people with luggage and carry ons.) He was very polite and knew exactly where we needed to go. He explained the port process as we were arriving and then unloaded all of our bags. Overall a great experience.

Our driver, Jose’ called to state that he would be late due to traffic. However, when we got to the port, he did not handle our bags well and literally dropped them in front of us and walked away. He didn’t say “thank you”, “have a great trip”, nothing. We found his behavior to be rude and unnecessary. The tip that I did have for him, I gave to the porters at the pier. Otherwise, we did not have any other issues during our ride.

The driver was late. Why schedule a specific time when they show up late. Had to keep calling and texting several times to contact customer service before I finally spoke to someone.
When returning, I called the driver and the call went straight to voicemail. I had get a van from the airport. It was actually cheaper.
Save yourself the time and money. Get car service from the airport and don't deal with the aggravation.

Our driver (Juan) was 40 minutes late (he was getting gas!). No apology! When he dropped us off he said we couldn’t get transportation to the airport from Carnival(we had already purchased them). So he lied to us! Just an unpleasant experience!

Never use again. 40 .minutes late , contacted them multiple times, was told on their way, 5-10 minutes...should have been honest and told me it was going to be so late I would have made other arrangements.

We booked a hotel to port transfer. He turned up late but called to advise.
The issue I have is that you can’t do the same trip in reverse ( eg port to hotel ) and trying to get any actual help through their chat is useless.
