If there is no improvement, we will act according to the inclement weather protection selected by the customer during payment.
In cases of climatic problems:
Consequence of no-show : Significant delays may be treated as a "no-show", resulting in cancellation of the trip without refund, especially if the delay affects the duration, security or logistics.
Customers must arrive at the marina at the scheduled time, unless the company indicates otherwise.
Rainfall protocol on arrival:
Service start time: The duration of the service is counted from the booked time, not from the client's arrival time.
We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling on the day of travel, except in cases of bad weather.
We don't trust weather forecasts.
We will wait until 20 minutes after the start time for the weather to improve.
Key recommendation: arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid problems.

My experience was undesirable! I choose to book this experience for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I booked for 12:00p, the boat did not arrive until 1:30p. For the inconvenience I was told I would provided a bottle of champagne! Which wasn’t provided. Additionally the boat was filthy. I had to use Clorox wipes to wipe down the seats because feeling comfortable to sit down! All in all I was determined to enjoy my daughter’s birthday but this isn’t great business!

There is no excuse for a 90-minute delay or a boat that isn't sparkling clean, and it’s disappointing to hear that our team didn't follow through on the promised champagne.
