Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable about the Miami area and Florida history. Traffic was terrible and allowed us to make up the difference lost while in Little Havana.

We booked a private tour for a family of thirteen (13) and was able to customize it to our wishes. We were able to work in a great dinner at a lovely restaurant. The tour guide had a great attitude and was very informative about the history of Miami. He also threw in some wisecracks that made us all laugh and just further deepened the tour experience. This is my 2nd private tour through Viator and each time we've had a wonderful guide.

Antwon is from France BUT you would think he was a proud native from MIAMI. He knew so much history. He took us to the most private neighborhood where not just anyone could get into. He allowed us extra time at Little Havana which was our favorite. My niece and I have traveled Globally in the past and he is probably the best tour guide we’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this tour. It was just my niece and I on this tour. He made our trip special.

We were staying in South Beach but knew that there was much more to Miami than just that area. With a short stay we found this a very efficient and enjoyable way to learn about Miami. We got so many great ideas of places to stay and things to do on future trips. Our driver and guide Alex has outstanding knowledge of the history and current events in the city. He personalized our tour, and we had a great time exploring!

Max our driver was very knowledgeable, took us to what we wanted to see. We could have never seen all we saw in 4hrs. if we tried to do it on our own!!!! Worth every penny. Max even bought us pastries in Little Havana at Versailles. Totally awesome. Thank You Max!

Alex did a great job showing me around the wonderful city of Miami. He was very friend even was able to accommodate all of my cruise luggage. He picked me up from the cruise port and dropped me off at my hotel after the tour which saved me another Uber fee. Excellent service! I highly recommend this tour!

This private Miami tour was an amazing personalized experience. The driver/tour guide, Max, took us to all the sites we requested in addition to all the sites that he knew were interesting and significant. He had a wealth of information. We couldn't have seen so much of Miami in a relatively limited time any other way. The car was very comfortable and clean. It was well worth it.

I am writing you to express my extreme disappointment regarding the Miami City tour I had purchased from your company on the 7th of April 2023 for my wife, my daughter and myself. I have hesitated a lot before I decided to write a review since it is the first time I face such an amateur uncoordinated and uncomfortable service throughout my entire 40 years of traveling and specially with Viator Tours
The reasons behind this dissatisfaction are as follows:
- We were picked up in a jeep that is meant to hold 4 people, yet there was already the guide herself (Federica) and another lady (Simona friend of Federica) who planned to attend the tour with us under pretext of training which left us sitting all 3 behind and causing myself and my wife an extreme backache for a week to follow, not ro have to mention the discomfort itself.
- We were not really sure if the tour was for us or if it were a training session for the other lady since most of the times the guide was explaining to Simona, the other lady, in Spanish which is a language we do not understand well.
- The first stop after 50 min in the car touring coconut grove she made for us was in the Old Havana street whereby she asked us to go around walking and exploring the area and that she will wait for us in a cafe for 30 minutes. We asked if she would go around with us to explain, she refused.
At that moment, taking into consideration how uncomfortable we were in the car since I already am big guy, and we were barely fitting behind in the jeep, we asked her to drop us off at Brikell Mall whereby we took a taxi and finished the tour ourselves. So the 4 hour tour we booked was ended after 2 hours with extreme pain and discomfort.
The ladies were nice but unfortunately very inexperienced and unprofessional and will never use viator tours again as Viator should have a screening process for the agent they choose

It is very important to know that we are well known for our excellent service and professionalism.
The tour guide was a seasoned guide as well as a blogger for tourists visiting Miami. She owned for many years a travel agency, and done hundred of city tours in Miami for very happy satisfied clients.
The person accompanying the tour guide was a guide in training. Exactly because we focus on the quality of service, we train the guides during the tours.
The facts mentioned about the itinerary don’t correspond to the reality.
As a general rule we have a specific itinerary. This itinerary can be modified according to the clients wishes.
Before starting the tour the client asked about the itinerary, and started with cutting one important area, Miami Beach. First think the client asked was a stop for coffee. After 10 minutes , in Brickell, there was a first stop to a nice coffee shop. The tour continued in Coconut Grove , and the client declined to continue the classic itinerary, skipping Coral Gables, and asking to go straight to the next one, which is Little Havana. In Little Havana, normally we leave people walking by themselves. If the client asks to stay with them, we do. The client inquired whether the guide will go or not. Without asking to go. In fact the guide made sure if it was ok they would stay by themselves. In no way she refused! The client stayed about 45 minutes and on the way back they found the guide waiting by the car.
The client was complaining that it was too hot outside and they didn’t want to stay outside.
At the same time the lady stated that she couldn’t stay too long in the car, because she gets car sick.
After that stop the client expressed that they wanted to be dropped off at a mall. The guide insisted to visit some other interesting areas. So they continued to Wynwood and Design District.
The guide was keeping asking what they preferred to do. It was a bit confusing, because they didn’t want to stay in the car, not walking outside.
After Design District they asked to be dropped off in the financial area mall. This is a 4-hour tour. But the client made it 2 1/2 hours.
About the vehicle. This cool SUV fits normally 5 people. Just the day before the guide did an exact tour with 4 guests, same number in total, and they were very happy and appreciated the type of cool SUV.
Very important to say is, the guide on training , kindly asked for the gentleman to sit in front, rather then staying in the back, noticing his size. The gentleman refused that offer.
An unusual thing to report is that after 19 days, which is quite long time, the client asked for a full refund. Normally , when unhappy , the refund is asked right away. And these comments arrived right after we answered about the refund.

We flew in and needed to do something to kill a few hours. We were picked up in a large Mercedes touring van that seated 12 people. But it was a private tour for 2. So it was odd. It was difficult for our guide to maneuver and would have been better to be in a suv or car. He hit all the high points in the beach and city. Let us walk through Little Havana which was neat. The main issue is that the city is just not that interesting to tour. Suggest you just go to the beach, museums, shopping etc and do it yourself

We are sorry but we thought being in a van is a plus, since you have much better view of the surrounding, rather than a car, which is lower and smaller windows. We consider it like an upgrade. But at times it could happen that upgrades are not appreciated.
We are also sorry if you consider Miami not worth touring. That is solely your opinion and we absolutely respect that. Fortunately the majority of people think otherwise.
We are very proud to show our beautiful city to our clients, and we do it with passion and professionalism. That is the most important thing.

This was a truly great tour. Our driver/guide, Fabio, arrived at our hotel before the arranged time and transported the 4 of us with all our cruise ship luggage all over Miami and then dropped us off at the cruise terminal, saving us a lot of money in transportation fees which e greatly appreciated. The big van was very comfortable and the tour itself was wonderful. We went to all the areas identified in the description and spent an adequate amount of time in each place to get the feel of the area. Fabio gave us good descriptions of each area as we traveled, told us many things about the area we did not know, and he even courteously made a couple of unscheduled stops for photos. All of us felt this was the perfect was to start our cruise adventure and would recommend it to anyone.
