Are food/drink included in the Miami Colors- City Tour & Transportation?

Food and drink are not included, however, you will have 1.5 hours in the Little Havana neighborhood of Miami, where you will have several options to purchase and enjoy your lunch before continuing on your tour of Miami.

How can I coordinate pickup and dropoff for my flights?

Please be sure to clearly list the date, airline, flight number, and arrival/departure time when making your reservation. You will receive contact details for the local operator upon confirmation of your reservation, so you may also wish to contact them directly via phone to confirm all of your details.

How can I arrange for an infant seat to be provided?

Can I arrange pickup and dropoff at Fort Lauderdale airport?

This tour only includes pickup/dropoff at the Miami International Airport. Pickup and dropoff at FLL or other airports are not available.

Can I arrange drop off at the cruise port?

This tour is built for airport dropoff, however, cruise port drop-off may be available. After confirmation, please reach out to the local operator directly to arrange a cruise port drop-off.

Can I book this transfer if I don't know yet which hotel I will be staying at?

Great tour, not the transfers!

Pickup from the port to our hotel was a nightmare, driver went to wrong ship, 1hr and numerous txts & calls later we got picked up. The sightseeing tour the next day was great, very well organised,(5 stars). Driver turned up a day early for our transfer to the airport, just happened to see him in reception as we were leaving the hotel. Spoke to him, so he arranged to come back the next day. All this information they had when we booked.??

A Bump in the Beginning but Smooth Afterwards

My rating is four stars only because of the communication experience in the beginning. It was communicated that my sister and I would be picked up from the airport when we arrived and that was not the case. We had to end up taking a Lyft to our hotel. When I called later on to figure out what had happened, the person I spoke with was very rude and nasty. The person I spoke to the next day had a much better attitude, but they wanted us to meet them at a different location despite the fact it indicated in the tour description we would be picked up from the hotel and this itinerary had been discussed days prior to our arrival in Miami. They did end up picking us up for the tour and taking us to the airport when we left on Sunday, so I only removed the one star. Overall, after things were worked out, they were very friendly, and the tour guide did a great job of explaining the various places and giving us time to take pictures. I would give them another chance if I ever visited Miami again because they did correct the issue in the beginning.
