Saw Miami Highlights but …

This tour was disorganized from the start. The bus was 20 minutes late for pickup. It was not communicated on booking that we’d take a bus to a central point and transfer to a touring bus. The guide was friendly and informative but sometimes difficult to understand. The sound system on the bus was not very good making it difficult to hear the guide. The restaurant in Little Havana where we stopped for lunch was OK but not great. I’ve had better Cubano sandwiches elsewhere. Given the traffic in Miami there were too many things they could not control. Consider this tour but look at other offerings as well.

Marcello was our guide and he did a fantastic job of giving us an overview of the city. He was knowledgeable and personable. The tour was in a van....not a bus.....and there were only 4 of us. 3 Spanish speakers and myself. Marcello was fluent in both languages and conducted the tour bilingually. Pick up was prompt. Can't recommend this tour more highly.

We loved his tour. Oh My God! our Guide was so funny. He had us laughing the whole time and my boyfriend can be stone cold. We saw Miami - actually the real Miami and we got history and great conversation. Thank you so so much for a lovely way to end our Miami stay. Should have done this first. :)

Taxitoer door Miami en Miami beach

Jammer... ik had me er zoveel van voorgesteld door de goede recensies. Roberto kwam ons ophalen met een klein busje en we reden door allerlei wijken van de stad. Helaas is hij bijna nergens gestopt zodat we alleen snel foto’s uit een rijdende auto konden maken. Wij dachten dat we overal de tijd hadden om in de diverse wijken zoals Little Havanna, Coconut Grove etc. Even rond te lopen en de sfeer te proeven. In Wynwood zijn we helemaal niet geweest. Hij stopte alleen in Biscayne Bay waar we even snel een rondje konden maken. Het is was het geld echt niet waard, ga liever met een hop in hop off bus zodat je tijd krijgt om echt de sfeer te proeven of ga met een gids wandelen. Niet doen dit, tenzij je houdt van veel autorijden en de stad wilt ervaren vanachter een autoraampje.
