There are different age requirements for each activity: Flyboard guests must be at least 13, Banana Boat guests must be at least 5 years old, Parasailing guests must be at least 5 years old, Jet Ski drivers must be at least 16, and Jet Ski passengers must be at least 6 years old.

Can I parasail with others in my group (if option selected)?

Absolutely! Double and triple flights are available. Simply let your guide know your preference on the day of travel!

Is there a weight limit for parasailing (if option selected)?

The maximum weight is 450 lbs per flight (combined weight of all guests on a single flight.)

How long are we in the air for parasailing (if option selected)?

Actual flight time is approximately 5-10 minutes. As you will be going out with other parasailers, the total parasailing boat time can take up to an hour.

Getting dipped in the water is optional. Just let your guide know if you'd like to be dipped!

Yes - please be sure to bring cash or a valid credit card and ID as there is a refundable $250 deposit for each jet ski.

Will never book with this company again. It was a set up when you get there. Pay $50 extra for person. Should not have there company posted through this app. Go to the thriller speed boat cheaper and way better location/tour

Miami Watersports basically lies to keep your business. They cancelled because of bad weather and assured me that I will get a refund from Viator. Then they refused to validate the refund even though Miami Watersports clearly states on Viator that a full refund will be offered in case of bad weather. Think twice before committing your hard-earned money to Miami Watersports.

The tour guide was very nice and it was fun. Booking through Viator meant we had to double the price once we got there. The boat was not as pictured but an inflatable boat. I felt is was very misleading. Also advertisement said approximately 1 hour. It was closer to 30 minutes!

I was on the phone for about an hour trying to book the sight seeing boat and parasailing. Turns out $300 later it was all for nothing. They sent a confirmation code to my email. When going to the water sports the next day they said this not valid and whoever booked the trip was a scam. Luckily the people at the Miami water sports were nice and we had a good time even though we had to pay again. When talking to the guy on the phone he said our boat would be departing at 10 am and that we could go parasailing after that. We never even got to go on the sightseeing boat even tho we already pic for it bc of their scamDisappointing on the registration process but liked the parasailing experience.

I love it. It was a total experience I’d recommend but there was a hidden fuel fee which wasn’t clear to me at the time of booking. It made the experience more expensive than I thought but definitely worth it!

Different boat; price doubled at location

Price doubled at site! Had to pay an additional $114! Boat in ad not used. It was at the facility but they used a covered inflatable water taxi basically. I asked the guide why and he just said they weren’t using the big one that day. I think it was because my family of 3 was the only booking at that time and they didn’t want to use the big boat. I asked the difference in the 2 boats and was told the big boat in the ad goes in curves (splash in ad) but the inflatable goes linear (straight). 30 minute ride ended up being $70 per person for an inflatable.

They do not charge you for fuel/ tax, which is listed on their page prior for you to book. We have two different speed boat, depending the size of the group. We have one for 6 persons or less and one for 8 persons or more. We did not had any one signed up once you guys got there, and you didn't want to wait... which is why you went on the smaller one. Captain Tom and Pier were great! I loved how they explained the process! It was a smooth ride 😍 The jet ski was awesome as well so was the instructor it was my first time and he guided me very well.
