Chris provided so much information about the families who run & own the establishments we visited - really enjoyed the deep dive into the history of the Silverlake area, including the famous staircases. He showed us a music video & Laurel and Hardy clip that featured the places we saw. All the food we ate was delicious! Definitely going to look up his other tours!

So much of Silver Lake has been changed into big chain businesses, but we still have some phenomenal restaurants that have been in the community for decades. An excellent few hours exploring the great neighborhood of Silver Lake. Chris is very knowledgeable and a true local of the neighborhood. He took us around the restaurants on Sunset, great choices. The painted steps and the tacos were the highlight.
