This tour was the highlight of our trip! Our guide was AMAZING and made the tour so enjoyable. We are still talking about how much we enjoyed this tour. The pace was great. The adaptability to our desires was outstanding. And the guide......? Chef's kiss! He was over the top great! He really went out of his way to make our tour enjoyable.
We booked this worried that it might be dull and boring, specially traveling with two teenage girls, but it was quite the contrary. The girls liked this tour more than the day in Disneyland. We would totally recommend this tour and hope to come back and do it again.

Cesar was a great tour guide. Not only did he know a ton of very cool information he was our personal photographer. Tour was well worth the money and hit all the highlights. Hollywood sign is a must.

We enjoyed our tour with Jose. He is engaged, funny, and very personable. His tour was very professional and entertaining. The van allowed us to visit locations that the tour buses can't drive to.

We were told to arrive 15 minutes before the start of our private tour. The woman in charge of checking us in didn’t even arrive until 2 minutes before our tour was supposed to start. I asked if we’d be getting an extension of time since clearly we would be starting out late and she said no. Ironic that a sign on the office wall announced a fine of $35 for late arrivals. The tour guide was good; he knew the inside scoops, was personable, and gave us exactly what we were looking for in a private tour. One of the van’s seatbelt buckles wasn’t working properly and the door couldn’t be opened from the inside. On our next trip, we’ll look elsewhere for a private tour.

Hi Bob, sorry to hear that our customer service was not to our desired standard. Upon checking our security cameras and the tracker of the vehicle, your tour departed exactly at 9:15 am as scheduled and returned at 12:13 pm. Regarding the sign you are mentioning, it has nothing to do with your specific tour but with others of our 6 tours available. Thank you for bringing up the maintenance issues of the van. We do maintenance checks on our vehicles twice a month and did not notice any of the issues mentioned. We'll have our maintenance team take a better look at what you're saying but everything seems to be in working order. On a positive note, you did enjoy the tour which is the most important thing. Please reach out to me directly by phone or email to further discuss the matter to make sure that you know your feedback was heard.

Wonderful tour of Hollywood and our tour guide, MacGregor, was the best!!! He kept us informed and entertained and provided and interesting history of some places that we had always heard about but had never seen in person. Would definitely recommend this tour and of course MacGregor to everyone!

Our Driver Vincent was an exceptional tour guide, very polite friendly and very knowledgeable, however the vehicle he was provided was old and not up to the private tour standards. Also he could have been a little better dressed. Thank you, otherwise we had a fantastic time . We use viator whenever we go as a family and have been pleased with the services.

I see that you mentioned the vehicle and it's age, but let me assure you that the reason we use these Chevy Astro vans is due to the weight. Because they are less than 6000 pounds, we are able to take our guests to residential neighborhoods with better views and picture opportunities. That is why the Hollywood Sign pictures you took were at a secret hiking trial instead of a generic tourist location. Nevertheless, we will do our best to come up with even more luxurious vans as soon as possible, so that you experience is definitely 5stars. It is a priority for us to keep improving.
As for the dress code, we always have uniforms on and that day was not an exception. However, it was cold outside and Vince wore a jacket over it. I hope it was not a big deal for you guys.
Overall, we are so glad to have had you as our clients and thank you for allowing us to see where we need to improve! We will definitely be doing our best to earn your business by your next visit to LA :)

Great service and flexibility from the moment of pick-up till last special "bonus" places visited and drop off. We visited all sights with open window van and heard interesting stories about them, with llots of details. All questions were answered both about history of LA and local life style. We twisted our tour a bit towards food-experience and we were surprised how good guides knew all spots and places in LA with the best foods. I would recommend the comany for those who want to have something else than a regular tourist tour/ rpute. Expectations were high but they were all more than met.

Extraordinario y lo que le sigue como calificación a esta experiencia.
Nuestro guía fue Vincent y nos llevó a conocer los sitios mencionados dentro de lo indicado por el tour, fue maravilloso, maneja un muy buen nivel de conocimiento de los hechos históricos alrededor los sitios y puntos visitados.
En lo personal y los integrantes de mi familia coincidimos que Vincent fue de lo mejor.
El punto a destacar, la foto en el letrero de Hollywood, nos llevo a un lugar MUY CERCA del letrero lo cual se agradece infinitamente y hace que la experiencia sea muy especial desde un inicio.
MUY RECOMENDABLE el tour.
