I think the vehicle needed to have a cover. My 77 year old mom was in the sun for a long while until i adked yhe driver to let her sit in the front. The toyr guy was excellent.

Nice to see Rich neighborhoods, but its ridiculous to point to some very far away house that I can hardly see, looks like trees or part of a hill as a house of a star. Crass to have an amount dictated as a tip!!

It was fun to see all the celebrity homes, but it was often difficult to know which house the tour guide was referring to. The tour also was over an hour longer than expected, making us late for our dinner reservation.

When I reached for my tour near Dolby Theater, the folks had no idea if there is a tour at 4:30. They seemed clueless and very not very welcoming.
The car was good but of the 4 headphone jacks, 1 didn’t had amplifier which means me and my wife had to share headphones.
Having said that, Derek was amazing and funny. You are the only reason why I am giving 3 stars else I would have given 0.

It's good for younger people and those who like reality TV, but if you want to see the homes of the true big name stars, this is not going to do it for you. Our guide was very pleasant though and made the time fun.

Our driver was knowledgeable and entertaining. We liked going in the Hills and looking at all the fancy houses. Wish we could have gotten closer to the Hollywood sign.

We decided to do this one out of the many available as it was the original, our guide was very funny and it is a nice little tour of the Hollywood / Bel Air / Beverly Hills area … they are the only tour allowed in some areas of Bel Air.

Big Lou was an excellent tour guide! I would highly recommend this tour. We toured the hills, Belair, Beverly Hills and he knew a little bit about everything.

The Hollywood hills drive was really beautiful, and it was interesting to hear about who lived where and fun facts. However, Big Lou could have been more engaging (less aggressive), played music between stops (of those he talked about), some Hollywood trivia, etc. Instead he showed us pictures of himself with random actors and pimped his comedy show, including sampling an inappropriate bit on us. Then unfortunately we ran into traffic jams and detours. This could be a very interesting and fun tour so I would encourage people to try (and just hope for a good driver and decent driving conditions).

Due to weather we could t go to the hollywood hills. Where all the celebrity homes are!!!! I wouldn’t have minded this had I. Wen told in advance and not when I bursae’s the bus. I would have just cancelled the trip. We did an hour of driving round the streets. Driver was gray and funny- but not the tour I booked for £40+

Our tour ticket clearly stated time as 10:00 AM, however on arrival they said we are “actually” booked for 3:00 PM. This was a horrible experience for us. We had a flight to catch after, and this created a lot unnecessary stress for us - due to no fault of ours. Very disappointed.

Thank you for joining us on the Celebrity Homes Tour. We show were stars live or lived over the years. The older homes are more accessible compared to the newer 20 million dollar homes with lots of security. The Hollywood landmark on tour are accessible to all.

The tour was a good way to see the most well known parts of Hollywood. Was well narrated and comfortable. Just be warned about being on time. My whole experience was soured when we missed our original time and had to pay a significant penalty to rebook at a later time.

First of all people please bare In mind you’ll be so far from the Hollywood sign if that’s your main desire on this tour. Secondly the tour vehicle was hideous. Tour guide was fun though he’s the only reason I gave a 2star if not I’d give zero!!!… I’m disappointed. And oh they overcharged us for all this, yup I’m disappointed entirely

Hands down the best tour my family has taken in L.A. The details the tour guide shared about the stars’ homes were eye opening. Hard to believe the stars live right in L.A. The only negative was an insensitive remark about Michael Jackson’s death, ‘this is where the king of pop popped.’ I would tweak that reference, but otherwise our tour guide was amazing!! This was so much fun.

This tour was great. Our driver, Lee, was funny, entertaining, and energetic. He really made the experience 10 times better. All in all, I give this tour a 100/10 and would recommend it to everyone.

We were told it would be only 8 people and masks would be worn. Ended up being 14 people and driver told everyone masks are optional. We were told two hours for the tour and it was barely 90 minutes. The tour is boring. You barely get a glimpse of Hollywood sign for picture. Driver doesn’t slow down or stop. Driver was boring. Said he has lived here and worked in the industry for decades but had no good stories. So boring. I would love to get my money back. It’s a very basic low class tour. I would not recommend unless you are the most desperate tourist.
