Absolutely amazing experience, and a must while in Lisbon! We went to some of the best places to eat in Lisbon! We had a great time, ate delicious food (Faz Frío is an absolute MUST!) The fado performance was such a treat and a great way to experience the culture! Thomas was the most personable guide we’ve ever had, I felt truly like we were having dinner with an old friend! He was an absolute wealth of information about the city, the food, the culture, and fado! He even helped us choose where and what to eat the next evening! 100% the best food tour we have ever done while traveling!
Great tour! Our guide, Darida was awesome. The 4 places we went to were great. We got to try the local beer with appetizers, dinner dishes with wine, dessert with port wine, & more wine at a secret spot. My only disappointment was the fado “show”. The singer was so good but it was too short, only 2 songs.
We loved our food tour with Thomas! He was a great guide, very knowledgeable and sprinkled bits of history and culture throughout the tour. It was a perfect introduction to Lisbon, and helped us to become more acquainted to a new culture and food scene. Would highly recommend booking with Thomas!
Our guide Carlos was a terrible communicator .
His English was very poor and his voice volume decreased at the end of every sentence.

Dárida was a great guide. Good time was had by all. A few stop with different foods to try. Fado show at the end of the night was amazing.
I did this Lisbon food tour with my girls and we absolutely enjoyed it. The host was sincere, knowledgeable, and took us to amazing spots. Some true hole-in-the-wall places I would have never found on my own.
I also loved that the tour included a Fado experience. There are so many shows in Lisbon, and not having to choose one myself was a big plus. Overall, I’d definitely do this tour again and highly recommend it.

pleasant walk through Lisbon with 3 fantastic stops. The stops are in nice and local places with great food. We particularly liked the wine-stop with our group. the Fado was also very good. Loved the explanations of our guide Carlos. Great way to explore part of Lisbon and understand some Portuguese culture. Very well organized!
This was a great evening. It was a perfect way to end our 9 day group trip. The food and wine was very good and the fado show was beautiful. Our guide Paula was so nice. She had the most beautiful smile. She was very knowledgeable, patient with our group and just had a great all around personality. We had an amazing time. We were sad when the time came for her to leave.
The food was definitely local and authentic. The Fado show was definitely something I've not seen before, maybe a little too long. Lots of walking especially for Lisbon.
We had the most wonderful experience with "DeDe" she explained the Alfma neighborhood and took her time allowing us to explore while stopping at various bites like bifana and the chorizo flambe was a treat. We got to sit in a private room( store room) mainly with musical instruments and wine . That was an extra special treat. The Fado show was excellent and gave us an understanding of the melancholy music. Do not hesitate to to take this tour!
My husband and I really enjoyed this experience. We loved all the dishes provided during the tour and the drink pairings were perfect ! We felt like we were being guided by a friend and enjoyed the scenic routes Darida took us through. The Fado music at the final restaurant felt authentic and emotional. It was truly a great way to experience Portugal through its delicious food and music !

This tour was great, and Paula was so sweet and knowledgeable as our guide. The food was all delicious. The wine and drinks were great. The highlights were the Fado dinner and all of the conversations with the group and our guide Paula. We really had a great time, and the Fado dinner is something you really need to experience. It was beautiful.
Ilana was our food tour guide for the evening. She took us to 3 places as is advertised, but Ilana made it special! She told us many stories about the area we walked through and we had many choices of what we would like to eat. The best part of the tour was the Fado music and singers. Ilana knows a lot about this folk music and explained the story to the music. She went out of her way to make it a very special evening, and we highly recommend this tour.
Got a chance to walk the streets and sample the local food and drinks with Felippe and Mateo and ended the night w/ an amazing dinner and Fado show.. couldn't beat it. Since the 3 of us were the only ones on the tour it felt like a night out with friends and we got a chance to get to know the hosts who showed us to some pretty cool spots along the way. Thank you for the time spent with us .
Excellent event. Guide was very knowledgable and food was great. Fado singers also excellent. If you think it's hard to find a non-tourist-ripoff Fado dinner, well this is it!
Henrique was a very good tour guide. He explained us about the tapas the locals eat and the drinks they like. We loved the tapas and drinks before the Fado show.
The Fado show was really good. The singers were amazing however the food was not good for some of us.
Our guide, Enrique, made our experience so personal and unique as he attended to every tour guest. He added additional historical information about the areas we walked through. I give him the highest praise and you will be lucky to spend an evening with him. One side note is that all guests must remain totally quiet through all the Fado performances, as is tradition. The Fado ran a bit long, but I would definitely repeat this tour.
I can’t recommend this tour enough. The guide spoke perfect English and was so knowledgeable. The size of our group was small and intimate and everyone was lovely. We went to three restaurants and heard Fado singers at the last restaurant, including the wonderful Deolinda de Jesus that you can see on YouTube. It was a great introduction to that historic part of the city, traditional food, and the culture of Fado music.

The Fado singing was amazing and was very personal. The restaurant staff were so friendly and my favourite experience by far.
The fado tour got converted to a regular food tour due to not having enough guests signed up. Despite that the food tour was a lovely experience and we sampled delicious food. Thank you!
We had a wonderful evening in the company of Enrique and Serena who took time to ensure we knew all about the food , wine and culture of Portugal. Nothing was too much trouble,. They had excellent knowledge and eager to ensure we had everything we could wish for. Food and wine were delicious. The Fado was very atmospheric in a small intimate restaurant. A delightful evening
We learned quite a lot about Portugal and Lisbon, and we got a really excellent into to Fado music. We also enjoyed the dinner while listening to Fado performers. Illana, our guide, was kind, thoughtful and informative.
The food was great, the information about the area and Fado was very informative. Sophia was delightful and we really enjoyed her company. All up a great night!
