This tour was great! Luis was the best guide, his knowledge of the history of Lisbon and Sintra was impressive. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable on the tour and that we were having a good experience. I cant rave about him enough. Our tour guide, Luis, was fantastic! This is a very private tour, it was only my husband and myself plus the driver, Luis. Unfortunately, we picked a rainy day to visit Sintra , but Luis made it so enjoyable. From taking the shortcut to avoid traffic to get to the Pena Palace on time, to making adjustments in the tour so that we could see what we really wanted to see, to making sure we got to the best pastry shop to try the world, famous puff pastries of Sintra - he was very accommodating. Very knowledgeable, and a fantastic personality. We learned so much about Portugal from him. if you can, request Luis as your tour guide for this excursion!
