Antonio was an amazing guide. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and he did a great job of showing us the city. I highly recommend doing this at the beginning of your trip because he really got us comfortable navigating Lisbon on our own and showed us tips and tricks on how to get places (without walking up and down all of the hills). This was a highlight of our time in Lisbon and we learned so much about the history and culture.

Very disappointed with the recent exp of vespa tour done on Viator in Lisbon.booked scooter tour on their website and we were wrongly given walking tour.When cancelled,Viator refuses to refund the payment.

We requested reservation and didn't pay at first go which gave enough time to viator team to review the booking but sadly the failed miserably in checking and validating the same. Feel total scammed.

We had an unforgettable experience touring Lisbon with Ricardo! As a group of 4 adults and a 1-year-old, we were thrilled with how he personalized the entire day for us. Ricardo went above and beyond to ensure we visited places that were particularly interesting to us, making the tour feel very special.
His local knowledge was impressive, providing us with fantastic recommendations for restaurants and must-see sites. One of the highlights was enjoying Ginjinha and a Pastel de Nata at Manteigaria—a delightful experience that we wouldn’t have discovered on our own.

For the money (35 euro per person) this tour was too vague and uninteresting. Our group ended up talking amongst ourselves as we walk. The guid was flexible, however, some direction would have also been appreciated.

Our family of 5 enjoyed an interesting walking tour of Lisbon with Gisele. She was organized, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Giselle contacted us the day before our tour and provided details on where and when to meet her... and was there before us! She discussed relevant historical details as well as nuggets from a local perspective. Gisele was keen to learn our interests and catered the tour accordingly and showed us a side of Lisbon we would never have experienced without her. She also made recommendations regarding restaurants, cafes, shopping and museums. We greatly appreciated all the group photos Gisele offered to take of us. Everyone enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend Gisele to anyone looking for an interesting and fun overview of Lisbon.

Do not make a group booking. They cannot communicate with the local guides. They make you pay for groups of 8, but the guide can only take a max of 8. I booked for 34 and we were left with no tour, as the guide didn't have equipment for large group. I still have not got a refund

Tour never happened...this company sucks. The company reached out via Viator messenger the day before to request that our tour start in the afternoon rather than the morning - the way it was worded sounded like a suggestion/request. We were out during the whole day & didn't read the message until the evening after dinner - there was no confirmation on whether or not the tour was still starting the next day in the morning, later, or if it was cancelled altogether after the initial message that was sent. I messaged & called the number of the guide who was supposed to give the tour via WhatsApp to try & confirm multiple times, but there was no response at all. It would have been nice if she sent us a simple message saying the tour was cancelled rather than letting us show up. We went to the designated meeting point & there was no one there, only to be left disappointed.

Our tour guide never showed up. It was a last minute booking but all was confirmed in advance. We waited for 30 mins after show time - tried to contact local company but they were closed for the day and Viator was not able to contact them either. Was able to get a refund from Viator but missed out on a chance to learn about Lisbon during our limited time in the city.

Highly recommend this private walking tour around Lisbon. A lot of interesting stories about the history of Portugal, Lisbon and individual buildings. Nice overview of food and drinking habits. The guide (Alphe) definitely has great knowledge of the best places to eat in Lisbon.

David showed us some beautiful places where the tourists usually are not aware of in addition to some must see places in Lisbon. It was a relaxing and fun experience to have a local show us around so we could just walk and enjoy.
