Philippa was incredible. So knowledgeable, loves her city and its history which clearly comes across. She was also very attentive to her guests, sharing insights relevant to our interests. Some elevation, but very manageable. Highly recommended.

Good way to get an overview of the city. Definitely bring water and your walking shoes and you’re good to go, the tour covers a lot of ground. My tour guide was great, very knowledgeable, explained everything well, was very open to questions and gave recommendations. It started and finished early enough that if you wanted to go back to something or explore something else you still have a good amount of time in your day to do so.

To see anything well we must be near it, walk it and even touch it to experience it well. Our guide’s stories brought to life most of what builders, families and lifestyles put into Lisboa. There’s many steps to walk and a hill or two to reach these spots - yet I urge you to be there for the outcomes you’ll later be glad of.
