- Minimum mandatory weight: 9 kg
- In case of client's delay, the activity will be reduced according to the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is more than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
- Tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour.
- Tuk tuks are booked privately, and the price is fixed according to the number of tuk tuks required for the group, the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk tuk.
- Tuk tuks don't have trunks, so they can't carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases, or large items.
- For security reasons, no pets or animals are allowed.
- Tours are conducted in rain or heat and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- Tours are designed to take the indicated route, and make a series of stop/s already preset, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. Tours cannot be modified, and neither can the photo stops.
- The vehicles are suitable for the elderly, and our drivers will assist them with boarding if necessary.
- Due to local regulations, the tour covers the main historical landmarks and viewpoints accessible by vehicle, offering panoramic views not available on foot.
- For the 3- and 4-hour options, we also offer pickup at the Lisbon Cruise Port (Jardim do Tabaco Quay). We'll send you a message the day before your tour to select your pickup point: Time Out Market or Lisbon Cruise Port (Jardim do Tabaco Quay). For pick-up at the cruise port, please remain next to the passenger departure port of the main building, without leaving the terminal.

Vitor was an excellent tour guide. He knows everyone and is very friendly and knowledgeable (and funny)! Tuk tuk is a great way to see Lisbon if you’re visiting via cruise ship like we were as you can see the highlights in a short amount of time. Our Lisbon Tuk Tuk trip with our excellent local guide Lionel.
After picking us from the Cruise Port entrance on time and in a new electric tuk tuk.
Our four hour trip covered a wide range of the city and outlying areas.
We were impressed by the wide range of local knowledge provided by Lionel on our tour in perfect english. We were fortunate Lionel had access to many areas on the tourist trail others had to wait hours for.
We were able to spend as much time as we required at each stop.
We highly recommend this company.

This was an EXCEPTIONAL tour! Lionel was the most amazing guide, providing wonderful, local perspective and sharing fascinating history about the city. Lionel did everything he could to make sure we saw all of the major sites. He even took us to Pasteis de Belem, the famous place where we could try the custard tart (the recipe has been protected for centuries). He made sure to take us to Our Lady of the Hill, which offers beautiful, sweeping views of the city. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy and foggy so we couldn’t see much of it. He made actual stops for us at the monastery and Belem Tower so we could get up-close and-personal views of these historic sites. All in all, it was a fabulous experience and Lionel’s kindness, friendliness and knowledge made it that much more special.

We were expecting to receive a nice ride around all the citys neighborhoods and get a good layout of where the areas are that we want to spend more time at. This did not happen. Our guide was nice enough but should not be in the tourist business if they do not have any enthusiasm and do not communicate. They stopped too much to let us “look at the view” instead of explaining where we were and covering more area. They seemed like they were in a hurry to be done for the day as we barely saw any part of the city as described

Dimiz was incredibly good and very very fluent in English. Not only he was an expert and showed us almost everything in Lisbon bit was very knowledgeable about Portuguese history in Portugal and their previous colonies.
He was very flexible and understood what areas we would like to spend more time at with our young kids and gave his recommendations for next few days stay here.
We did hop on and hop off in Barcelona, however, this was 10000 times better as it was very personalized for us. This is how you should see Lisbon and ask for Dimiz!!

Eliana (I’m sure I am misspelling her name) was our tour guide and did an excellent job. We took the TukTuK tour a few hours after arriving in Lisbon as we thought it would be a good way to quickly see the city before deciding which areas to explore further. She gave us a lot of historical background of each of the areas that we went to. We stopped at a number of spots where we were able to take pictures and explore the area on foot before heading back to the TikTok to continue the tour.
I would highly recommend this tour and also highly recommend Eliana as your guide!

Our guide Dimiz was a veritable encyclopedia of Portuguese history! We learned more than we could have imagined. He was on time, friendly and explained everything we were seeing. He took photographs of us at our stops and was sure to ask how long we would like at each stop. He even considered bathroom locations when dropping us off. We stopped at a local bakery for delicious Portuguese tarts still warm from the oven. This tour definitely exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend it.

Tour was fantastic. We there 4 adults family and our tour guide, Ariana, was wonderful. She spoke clear English and she spoke loud where we could hear clearly.
We took a 4 hour tour on a Sunday morning.
There are many many hills in Lisbon, so a riding tour is worth the money.
Ariana showed us pictures of areas and buildings we would visit before starting tour.
There is not time to line up and go inside the Belem monastery, because the line was over an hour long, but it is beautiful on the outside.
We ate the famous custard pies at the famous cafe beside the monastery.
I am so glad we took the riding/tuk tuk tour in Lisbon.
Thank you for a great last day in Lisbon, before flying home.

Deniz was the most amazing tour guide. Everyone in our group was astonished by his knowledge about the history of Lisbon and Portugal, but mostly we were amazed by his passion and love of his country. We managed to tour the city on the national holiday so with road closures, parades, and too many people, it was a challenge to see all the normal tour sites. Our tour guide Bianca was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, positive, and made an heroic effort to find open roads to show us the highlights. My only suggestion, Bianca could talk a little less and encourage the visitors to see more. BTW, there are Tuk Tuks everywhere, waiting to take passengers; we felt we got a better quality (better English) guide by reserving through this company.

What a great way to get oriented to Lisbon and experience the major sites.
We had a great time seeing the city and our driver shared a lot of Lisbon history.
He was generous in offering to take pictures of us along the way and even got us pasteis de Belem while we were in line for the Church of Santa Maria. Our tour ran a bit long as an accommodation for the fact much of the city center was closed off to traffic for the holiday. Really nice to have a guide who was sensitive to delivering a memorable tour and good value even when he couldn't hit every spot.
Definitely recommend this tour as a way to see much of Lisbon when you have limited time!

Ricardo had arrived early and was waiting for us when we came out of our apartment. He was extremely informative and friendly and did a wonderful job of negotiating all the tight corners, narrow streets and hills of Lisbon. We normally walk but the TukTuk was much better than walking around all the very steep hills. The four hours went by rather quicker than I had expected with a number of great stops along the way. Thoroughly recommend Ricardo and his company.

We were guided around Lisbon for 4 hours by a lovely lady called Silvia she was very knowledgeable and explained in great detail local history etc . She took us to some to some marvellous view points we would never have found on our own . Then to crown a great 4 hours we purchased some pastel de nata at the original bakery . They were wonderful .
Would highly recommend Silvia as your guide.
