Lovely experience. Guide was prompt and courteous. Fatima sites did not disappoint, truly moving. Just the right amount of time. Guide should provide more historical information.

wonderful experience to fatima

fabulous trip to fatima and visit of the pilgrimage site. saw the little village and ended up there on a sunday with mass and full pilgrimage. our guide and driver John was fantastic very pleasant and helpful and enjoyable

We recently went to Fatima with Viator. John was our tour guide and driver. He arrived on time and was very cooperative with our plans. John was extremely knowledgeable about the area and took special care of us. We had such a spectacular tour and he accommodated our afternoon plans perfectly. We highly recommend John for your Viator excursions in Portugal! He was the absolute BEST.

First of all I give our guide Joao 5 stars. He was so kind, knowledgeable and just a wonderful human. He got us in and out of Fatima incredibly efficiently on a very busy day, and really made it a great experience. The tour company however gets 3 stars for being incredibly unprofessional. I booked this tour months ahead of time so I could insure a spot on a busy day. A few weeks beforehand they asked if they could move the scheduled date. I said absolutely not, and if they could not do it on the 13th we would cancel. They were like no, no, no we can do it. Ok fine. THEN, 5 days before our tour they tried to reschedule AGAIN, and even suggested canceling altogether. When I made it VERY clear what my response would be if that happened they somehow were able to find a guide so we could carry on with the tour. Though we had a great time ultimately, this cavalier attitude towards honoring their commitments keeps me from recommending this particular tour company. If it weren't for our wonderful guide Joao this review would have been even lower.

The entire day was beyond my expectations! Our tour guide, John, was the best ever!! His knowledge of the history of Fatima along with his kindness, warmth and patience made this excursion the best ever for me and my daughter.
