For disabled customers, be aware there are steps in/out of pools and to access the water spa area. Staff exceptionally helpful and moved my walker for me so I was able to use it to get to the rails. For me, with full power but balance and pain issues this was completely manageable and so worth the benefits! First time pain free in over 6 years after this treatment (fibromyalgia/CFS/POTS). I use a visible tracker which showed that I hit a full “rest” cycle while in there so actually conserved “pace points” while in there. This was a lovely relaxing experience, money well spent, great value for money. I will prioritise going back when next in Lisbon.

It's an interesting experience, especially for a first time. The hotel and spa are both amazingly decorated to look very elegant and the staff is great. However, as far as relaxation and health goes, these spas are categorically lying to everyone. As such, even though it is enjoyable, I feel overcharged even with a discount. It was something we wanted to try and see for ourselves what was true and we did. Won't do it again.

It was the perfect thing to recover after a long overnight plane trip. There was a bit of confusion because while the Viator experience says half day there is no specific start time. The spa does want to know when you will be there, They want to maintain the tranquil experience and so they don’t want to overbook a particular time. I just showed up and they made it work but I would recommend letting them know by email or calling. It took me about an hour and a half to deplane, collect my luggage, and travel there from the airport. The held my baggage and I’d packed my swimsuit and a change of clothes in my carryon. I relaxed, recovered and was ready to checkin to my hotel when I was done. I especially enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge.

Le spa était comme je l'attendais mais j’ai payé 150€ pour 2 personnes pour 2 heures de spa + accès piscine + accès terrasse extérieure mais je n’ai eu seulement eu accès au spa. Prix excessif pour ce qu’il en est sur place!
