Itinerary

Hop aboard your sightseeing boat on New Year’s Eve, and head out onto the Tagus River to begin your tour passing by iconic sights including Terreiro do Paço.

During your cruise, enjoy panoramic views over the lights of Lisbon from your vantage point on the water.

When the clock strikes 12, toast the New Year with sparkling wine among old friends and new, and watch as the celebratory fireworks explode in the night skies overhead.

After two hours cruising along the Tagus River, return to your departure point to conclude your tour.

Amazing Fireworks!!

My son and I took the NYE fireworks tour with Blue Marlin. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of all of the boat crew, but they were all attentive, helpful, and made the evening so enjoyable! If you are every in Lisbon for NYE, I highly recommend this tour. The fireworks show is stunning!

Fabulous way to see the fireworks

I would definitely recommend this. We all thought we'd like it but seeing the fireworks from the water with the city in the background was spectacular. The crew on the boat were attentive such as handing out blankets and always checking on us. The boat was very nice and was a great experience all around.

The staff and the boat captain were very competent and careful about security and safety. They also brought us in a great position to view the fireworks. However, there was barely any music on the boat despite being billed otherwise. This is by no means a party boat with music and dancing.

One of the best things we have ever done on vacation! It is up there with Christmas Eve Mass at the Vatican. The city of Lisbon goes all out with their New Years celebration. The vantage point on the water is second to none. There were only 10 passsengers on the boat. Highly recommend it.

The night was cold but once the fireworks started everyone forgot about being cold and was caught in the fantastic spectacle of fireworks exploding in every direction that we could look. It didn't take us long to realize that the patterns exploding on all sections of the river was the same and that this was a well-planned spectacle. Our cruise guide was friendly and welcoming. I will always remember this experience.
