C'était très très cher pour ce que c'était, nous avons payé 2 fois le prix en passant par Viator, en plus ils n'étaient pas acceuillants et le vol a duré 7 min et non 10 min. Donc je résume : 246€ pour 7 min!!!!

Chère Madame Nous sommes certains que vos invités ont bien aimé le vol sur la route Belém que vous avez acheté chez Viator avec le survol du Tage jusqu´au pont 25 Avril en regardant la vue magnifique de la Tour de Belém , du quartier Historique de Belém , du pont et du monument au Christ le Roi. Ça veut dire la Route acheté. Quant aux autres points de votre commentaire nous étions informés sur place le jour même de votre insatisfaction et nous vous avons renseigné sur place que : - La Route volé était la route acheté ( le temps informé est indicatif car les conditions de vol détermine le temps effectif ) - le temps de vol registré par les instruments de bord était 9 minutes - confirmé par le pilote - finalement que vous n´avez pas payé 2 fois le prix en passant pour Viator. Nous travaillons tous les jours pour donner á nos clients des expériences inoubliables ce que vos invités ont eu la chance de vivre grâce á votre offre. C´est le motif que nous oblige á retourner sur les renseignements donnés personnellement le jour même du vol.que clarifient la réalité des faits. En regrettant tout ce mal entendu , Salutations
