Itinerary

At your Lisbon hotel, board a private, air-conditioned vehicle and greet your guide. As you cross the famous 25th of April Bridge, your guide will provide a cultural and historical overview of the region.

Your first stop is Serra da Arrábida, a nature park replete with undulating hills and striking landscapes. Embark on a moderate hike to the summit of the Serra da Arrábida ridge and be rewarded with panoramic vistas of Lisbon, the mountains of St. Luis and St. Francisco, and the city of Setúbal.

Back in your vehicle, you’ll travel to a 20th-century winery to sample regional produce and fine wines made onsite.

The next stop is Sintra, a Romantic wonderland enshrouded by forested mountains. Take a panoramic tour of the area, scouring the scenery for Pena National palace — a colorful confection of lemon-yellow towers and pastel-pink domes.

Stop next in Colares to visit the 200-year-old cellars of a traditional winery. Sample more wine while learning of the institution’s history, and then stop at a Cascais beach to enjoy its coastal splendor.

Your tour concludes with drop-off at your Lisbon hotel.
